This tool is complete garbage. The retaining ring snapped in half simply by wobbling the wheel with my hand to get a sense of how much play there was between the wheel and carriage. Both the tool and the knurled wheels scratch very easily and the wheels don't appear to be hardened to any significant degree as they are very easy to mar. I know this because when the retaining clip broke from the axle pin, the wheel fell out onto my welding table top and the cutting face of the wheel was slightly deformed.Pure Chinese garbage. If you plan to use this tool in any capacity other than looking at it in a drawer, I recommend investing your money in something else.
