It's a typical Hexclad item....which means it's a superb kitchen tool! Season it accordingly to enhance the non stick quality of the griddle surface. I think this griddle will be a useful cooking tool for years to come.

Been a month of daily use. Except for some discoloration from residuals + flame on the underside, and a touch (smattering) of residual dried grease on the rims, they look like new! We even had some meat burn on one day and a little elbow grease and non abrasive (dish daddy) sponge removed most. After two more uses the rest cleared off!!!These save energy too because they conduct and hold heat much better than other pans, keep the temps lower than normal for same effect. The sear is incredible.Amazing tech, best pans we have ever had. We are now considering buying their pots also.

I use mine nearly every day. It is resistant to scratching while still providing non-stick behavior (mostly). Egg has a sticking problem when cooking, but not after soaking and cleaning. The convex design for shape stability in the oven makes eggs and oils move to the edges. A flat version not for baking would be helpful. Note that as griddles go, this pan is not an iso-thermal slab, so its temperature changes with introduction of food. This is easy to deal with on induction, but is not the characteristic that a professional griddle would provide.

I purchased a HexClad set directly from their website during the COVID-19 pandemic, after having repeatedly replaced cheaper brands like T-Fal every year or two. Those pans would always look terrible after a short time, and I’d end up buying a new set for around $30.However, I can confidently say that the HexClad set I bought in 2020 still looks almost brand new. They heat evenly, hold up well, and clean up beautifully. I’ve found that a little Bar Keeper’s Friend and a green scrubber work wonders on them, bringing back their shine with minimal effort.My only tip is to season them with oil during the first dozen uses. Simply wipe a small amount of olive oil onto the surface with a paper towel after each use, and over time, they’ll develop a naturally non-stick surface. While a few foods still tend to stick (as they do with most cookware), the seasoning helps make the pans much more resilient and easier to cook with.Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the durability and performance of HexClad. It's been a great investment, and I highly recommend it to anyone tired of constantly replacing cookware.

I love HexClad products. They are expensive, but they are basically cast iron from the future. You just rinse and wipe clean, you don't need soap. They heat very evenly and can be used with induction tops. Non-stick and no concerns about teflon peeling off and getting in your food. Totally worth it.

It's a great pan. Non stick and cooks well on low o medium heat. Just keep in mind that it is a very large pan (13") So you'll need a crepe batter spreader to get the batter across the whole pan. You could pick up the pan and tilt it to get the batter spread across the pan, but the pan is heavy enough that your arm will get tired very quickly. I definitely recommend the pan for large sized crepes. You won't regret it.

Worth every penny. You can use metal or plastic cooking utensils dish washer safe really easy to clean by hand well. Really good for cooking steak or pancakes. They really are non stick pans and better for you than tefal.

Queste padelle, contrariamente a quanto specificato dal produttore, perdono antiaderenza e antigraffio quasi subito. Sono una truffa bella e buona. Molto meglio quelle del supermercatoe anche molto piu economiche. Evitatele a tutti i costi.
