We use these for measuring raw meat and vegetables on a digital scale. We're on a very strict diet and these are great for making sure we're getting the correct portions. We usually rinse and reuse the vegetable boats and throw away those we used for meat.

Perfect. I know they're advertized as 'anti-static,' but when I used one to calculate the mass of dye ingredients it honestly surprised me a little how accurate this statement was. The material is very sturdy but easily bendable for creating a spout of sorts when you're ready to empty the weigh boat. They're also easily washable if you'd like to reuse them for things that won't react badly with anything else you may be weighing. I'd definitely recommend these to someone who's looking for weighing boats or trays.
