I really like the nesting effect of these pedestals, which makes it very easy to save space if I'm not actively using them for something. At the moment, they make wonderful plant holders on the front porch, giving my plants a nice pretty spot to show off their greenery. The only thing I didn't like was that they don't seem very stable, might be easily knocked over (especially with a plant pot making them top heavy), and that the rubber feet tend to pop out if you scoot them rather than lift them. Still pretty though.

This is just badly made stands. I couldn’t get the holes to go into some of the screw holes. I mean they fit in the majority of the holes - but not all of them. Turned and turned and turned. Wasn’t the screws. It was the screw holes.

I had ordered a similar set but in circle form and that set came with the legs in two or three parts so in that aspect, I REALLY appreciate that the legs for this hexagon table set are all one piece of metal. Each table feels very stable when put together and they nestle nicely to save space. I mostly like the finished look of them and they were fairly easy to go together but the screws on top are off putting. It would have been nice if they had been "sunk" into the top or maybe flat head screws were used instead. The color is as it appears, a little brassy but if you are using a table cover than none of my quibbles will matter (the brassy color and the sticking out screw heads on top.) They are a decent value and they make for unique decorating options.

This set of stands arrived stupendously overpacked, but once I cleared away the Kraft paper and the outer box they were efficiently and logically arranged within, with three sizes of matching tops and bottoms and three corresponding sets of verticals. The square steel tubes—the sole structural component with the exception of the sheet steel forming the tops—are robust, with ample welds and heavy gauge steel such that even the largest pieces are completely rigid. Given this heavy gauge steel, the cost (equivalent to say, $20, $25 and $35 respectively for the three) is a relative bargain.If I had to look for demerits I'd say, first, that the steel will eventually rust if not cared for properly, that the painted finish is solid (which helps to delay rust) but not what I'd consider fine—apparent even from a distance—and that the interior angles of a square are 90° while those of a hexagon are 120°. The significance of the last is that the corners of the vertical supports do not quite match up with the corners of the top.I like these for their handsome strength which overcomes their imperfections, and I plan to use them as sturdy plant stands. However, if you need something that looks high-end as well as "robust", you'll likely need to spend more.
