Item arrived quickly and works as advertised. Extended sterilization time causes the stripes to bleed. But, does not affect the results or bleed off of the tape.

The tape appears to be accurate, I checked on it prior to reaching the sterilization time and the the indicator stripes had not turned yet. By the end of the process the lines were clearly defined indicating sterilization had been reached.

I used this tape to do some home sterilization of some mason jars. This was my first time to use the tape and it worked just as described. My home mushroom grow did not have any contamination in the mason jars so the color change indicator seems to work perfectly.
