El equipo de estetica, sonido, uso, es excelente, solo que a los 2 meses falló, de la nada se va el sonido, sin ningún tiempo determinado, apagas y prendes la controladora y listo, pero eso, en un evento es mortal. pensé que era mi computadora, compré una más potente, y el problema sigue, ademas uno de los selectores de canciones falla. Mande mi queja a Hércules y me piden un video del fallo, pero no lo hace siempre, es un poco complicado saber cuándo lo hará. De alguna manera estoy un poco decepcionado de la marca.

Many issues with this turntable. It looks very nice at first glance, but there are a lot of bugs with Serato. I bought it, and everything was working fine, but three weeks later, during an event, it suddenly turned off in the middle of a set and never turned back on! I’m really disappointed; I had high expectations for this product. 💔

Crossfader of DJ got failed after few day of buying it . Never expected a product from amazon and Hercules. Had so much expectation from the product and put my hard earn money in it . Now regreting , never ever gonna trust in amazon now last purchase from this site .

So I'm still fairly new to DJing. I've been serious about it for less than a year, but I saw this and couldn't pass it up. Obviously the star of the show is the motorized platters. They just make you look like a more seasoned DJ. There is a slight delay at started. I get around that by using the cue buttons to get the music started and then activate the platter. The next big advantage (for me at least) the the dedicated "instrumental" and "vocal" buttons for Stems. Being able to toggle these with the push of a button have absolutely allowed me to easier mix/blend songs in different ways.On the flip side it has, rarely, just stopped outputting sound for no apparent reason. I was only practicing so it's never happened during a performance but yikes, what if it did?! Also, I don't know if this is a symptom of the controller or the software (Segrato Pro) but sometimes the tempo won't stay set where u put it after u adjust the slider. You can't "set it and forget it". When you are testing the mix in your headphones you'd better check that the upcoming BPM stays where you put it and make adjustments if needed.Anyway, I have 4 controllers and this is the one that allows me the most functionality to unleash my creativity. Definitely recommend for newer DJs looking to take their craft to the next level but don't want to spend 4-figures yet.

It turn off on its own but the turntables still move. I had a wedding and it didn't twice and at a bar I deejayed it. This unit was 799 when I first bought it in October and now it's way less. I wonder why! Pure trash. Save money and buy a pioneer!!!!

1st of this controller good idea overall , however there are some quirk , to many for me to keep it. When i open the unit when my speaker are open , a big popping noise come out , like my speakers are going to blow up :/ The faders are ok but the innofader upgrade is a must….250$(Canadian)extra to pay :/ The jog wheels lack of back spin was not a huge issue for me , it will be for others. Djuced was not working properly(even after install/uninstall and Serato dj pro had visual stuttering when i would back spin and find my cue.The definite deal breaker for me was , clipping , screeching noises while scratching , first i blamed my headphones but i soon realized that the issue was there on speakers.I sprayed some air all around , in the faders as well….still there. So there you go . Pads are great , jog wheels are fun to play with ,stems and fx’s are working well but for the rest…..pass

Looks great but not the performance as I expected. I can’t even play music, it speeds up and slows down on its own. I tried adjusting but nothing works. When I try to scratch sometimes I can stop the music by pulling the vinyl back and sometimes the music still plays even with me holding the vinyl. I don’t know what’s up with it. I had high hopes just to be let down. I’ll tried for hours figure these quirks out but this should have worked right out of the box.
