Somehow both of my factory license plate light holders were missing one tab and sitting loosely in their holes. I ordered these to replace them. At first I thought I would have to dremel out the big hole, but with a little twisting and pushing with the tabs lined up, they popped right in. Also, the factory sockets twisted in nice and snug too.

Easy to install, old assembly snapped off, simply twist to unlock bulb holder from assembly, twist new cover over bulb holder and press back into hole, snug fit. Replaced both to match.

I purchase these to replace on my 2010 Ford F-150 truck. This item works perfect for my truck. I had no problem putting them on and the quality of them is great. If I needed to replace this item on my truck again I definitely would buy these.

Eliminates the need for the factory two piece housing. Rotated the light plug socket into this, and then snapped this housing into the bumper hole socket; done! Only needed one to replace a missing unit, but for $12 I have a backup replacement if anything happens to either of the license lights in the future.

I installed these on a 2015 Ford super duty, the notch tabs are 2 mm too wide. just filed downed , and they snapped right in. The OEM lamp sockets fit is good.
