This item is a large OVAL. It popped open, all three zippers worked upon opening the new package. The special hook is very large and could accommodate an average American closet or shower rod, but it can NOT be removed and the ribbons are quite long and not adjustable. I added small wire hooks to edge to bring it up closer to the ceiling. Overall I am very pleased! I just wish I had paid closer attention to the listed dimensions. It takes up my whole closet.
