This is one of the bulbs that was tried in CNC machines. It was bright and a good, white light, but it did not last as long as the long life lamps. I gave it a 3 as long life is the parameter we are looking for.

Lights up the night on my Kubota Tractor when I am blowing snow. I have 2 lights on the drawbar and lost on bulb. This works fine.

The fitment of this product was not correct on the Amazon website, so consequently I had to return the item. I'm sure it is a great product, but it just did not fit my vehicle as it was stated.

From my 3-star Review on HELLA H3 Long Life Bulbs/ ARB Bull Bar-This ARB Bull Bar was Very Heavy, and I ended up having to have it installed by a Knowledgeable/experienced Dealership mechanic ($1,200).The Good-Heavy Duty, and a small deer bounced off it with No damage to my '07 Toyota 4Runner.The BAD!-1. They use cadmium plated bolts/nuts..., that rusted Solid in 3yrs (I should have used stainless from the git-go!)!2. Engine grill blocked hood release, and I had to rig up a Rubed... cable tie release...3. Running light access is blocked by a "non-removable" mud plate...!From my review on HELLA H3 Long Life bulbs (I also since replaced All fast-burning signal lights with LED!)- I have a '07 Toyota 4Runner, with an ARB Bull Bar bumper (full light package)-The problem was that the regular Hella H3 bulbs burned out too fast (1yr), and...-The bull bar bottom light access is fully enclosed. I can replace the Right running light in about 30min, by reaching in through engine compartment.-The Left light access is blocked by battery..., and takes me 2hrs to replace (last time regular bulb only lasted 3mo, and pre-cleaned with pure alcohol (poor quality control!... Grrr!)!The Good-Left Long Life is going strong, but I noticed that oncoming cars were no longer flashing their lights at me?The Bad-Left light is now a low output sickly yellow (Right regular light is Bright White!).The whole reason for the Bull Bar is that we have a "Bad" deer in the road problem in MT, and I need to be able to see "Far" in front of me!-Now the left light hardly lights up the road center (I'm sure that other motorists don't mind Not being blinded though!), and I hope I don't hit a deer!?I bought 4 of these Long Life's (to save on S&H), and will use them up (on the Left Only). Then I'll start searching for a full output H3 Long Life?-Any suggestions would be appreciated?

Finally! An H3 bulb that actually doesn't burn out in a week! I run these now in my PIAA 510 fog lights in my steel plate bumper because I can off-road for hours and the filaments in these last and last. I've tried 3 other types of H3's and the Philips were the worst. One set lasted only one off-road trip of an hour and the filaments broke in them. It's a big pain to get the housing for my fog lights out of my bumper, so you can imagine my frustration. These bulbs have been in my fog lamps for 3 months now and both are burning bright and strong after 4 long-range off-roading trips. I run them day and night, and will be using these exact same bulbs as replacements when they finally give out.

I was looking for a bulb replacement for one of the my fog light. It was great replacement, cheap but good quality product. It is as bright as factory bulb. I have been using it every weekdays for 3 weeks. No problem so far. I will updated about how much it will last later but i got a feeling that it will last long!

FYI Amazon, I have an '88 BMW 325ix and this bulb does fit my fog lights just fine. It's a perfect replacement for the OE bulb. Please update your "garage" feature accordingly.Install was simple and the bulb burns bright just like the OE one I had in before.

I installed this on my 2007 BMW 335 coupe to replace a stock bulb. There is no difference in lighting between this bulb and the stock bulb that was still working on my other headlight. Definitely a do it yourself job versus going to the dealership to do it for you for a lot more money. You can find a youtube video telling you how to do it yourself.
