TIPS:
- Keep it flat and dry to use, do not fold it.
- Do not use until they are completely dry.
- Do not immerse the pad in water though it is waterproof.
- Wipe the inner pad with a damp cloth or sponge to clean it.
- The heated pet pad must be used with the plush cover, do not use the inner pad directly.
- The colder the surroundings, the more likely the heat will dissipate. You could cover your pet with a little blanket to hold the heat.

I would have given a five but the cover is quite flimsy. I put the setting only at 1 because this unit heats up quite well.

This mat is thick and cozy. It is warm and my cat loves it. It is her favorite place to sleep and is high quality so should last a long time.

This was bought to help keep our little Yorkie warm on winter nights. After only a few uses, it seemed to be malfunctioning. I reported my concern to the company and without any issues or arguments, they replaced it. Great customer service! This little warming pad has been perfect! I only need to use it on the lowest 2 settings as our winters are not that cold. But my dog loves to get in her crate because it's all warm and snuggly. I love that I can set the timer and I never need to worry if I remembered to turn it off. I chose to place the pad inside a pillow case, and then inside the crate with the dog's other blankets. It's nice to just pull the pillow case off and wash it, meanwhile the pad itself is always clean.

It’s very soft, although not very malleable or bendable to squish down into a bed, it kind of lays flat like a plank on top, so the cats don’t want to sit on it. I’m returning it because it just doesn’t get warm. I didn’t know before I bought it that apparently pet heating pads don’t get more than lukewarm so that the companies can avoid burn lawsuits. I put it outside on as high as it could go for a couple of hours and went to check and it was still not the slightest bit warm. It’s less than 30° and set to get colder, and I think it’s just not ABLE to get warm enough to combat the cold. If this is for indoors maybe it would work better, but if this is for an outdoor pet bed then it’s not the right choice.

I have several of these in a couple different sizes. All the cats love them and I sit on them sometimes when my back is achey. It’s soothing. I use the mid range setting and it’s perfect. Warm but not hot. These are very soft and are holding up well. The power cord is encased in something that the cats can’t chew up so I’m perfectly comfortable leaving these running when I’m not in the room. And I’m a fire worrier so that says a lot about the quality of them. Some we’ve had a few years and they still work as well and look as good as the new ones.

I placed this heating mat in a box in our garage for the stray cats that we occasionally care for. The timer function is very useful. Once, when I checked on the remote all of the lights were flashing and the pad had turned off. After turning it back on, it went back to normal though. The cat definitely appreciated the extra warmth, especially in the winter. The cover of the mat is easy to remove and washes well in the washing machine.

This heated pet met works great. I like the 24-hour timer option. My pups think they are laying on a tropical beach, lol. Aside fromWorking great, I love the esthetic. It almost looks like part of the pet bed. I don’t understand why so many dog toys and products look like they came out of a daycare. This warm pad works great and looks great.
