Spent $60 each on these snow tubes for my kids for Christmas, and one of them has a leak on first use. This company refuses to replace or return defective products, with the excuse "it is out of the return window." Amazon also refused to provide the manufacturer number and contact of "ZKZee" , claiming they would send over email. Instead, they copied and pasted a previous order I had , with a different company/ Unbelievable. These tubes are nothing but cheap plastic with a canvas cover. Theres a reason they have renamed this product and lowered price.

Obviously, this is a round tube style sled, which has both benefits and drawbacks. The bottom of it is made of a slicker material than the top, but it isn't quite slick enough for my kids. A traditional plastic sled is faster and can be steered. This tube can't be steered ( you know, because it's round). That can be fun, but my kids prefer a faster plastic sled.Where this tube really shines is behind an ATV or a tractor. The tow strap is actually secured pretty well, at least well enough for small kids to ride on it. We haven't managed to rip it off yet, even with some abuse behind the tractor. Once behind a towed unit, how slick the tube is no longer matters, nor does the steering.If all you have is a hill, I'd get a regular plastic sled like we've had for 50 years. But if you have equipment on a farm or something that you can tow with, this thing is a blast.
