I purchased these to support a heavy bin on my garage wall and as usual, I was pressed for time and started on my project immediately. Because the mounting holes in the brackets are exactly 2 inches apart, I couldn't line up both screw holes to get the best contact with the 2x4 studs in the wall I was mounting them in. So, the most secure way to mount these brackets would be to line up one side of the bracket with the center of the stud and the holes on the opposite side would then have to be in the drywall. This meant that I would need the drywall anchors, and I expected them to be in the same package the other screws came in, but there none to be had. So, I had to waste my time, endure the cost and drive to the hardware store and get some. Apparently, other buyers have experienced the same letdown. Note to the Seller: If you are going to post items for sell, you need to make sure that the customer gets what you have put in the picture and the description. Could have been 5 stars, but now only getting 4.

We recently remodeled our home and created a much larger pantry with 10ft long open shelves. I was searching for strong brackets that can withstand daily use and we are extremely pleased with these brackets. They are SOLID and look great. My only beef is that the screws were not black to match the brackets, but a little bottle of black paint and a small brush took care of that so that now the screws blend in and we are very happy
