bought 2 of these for the twins and their project salvo paintball guns. They have worked well and are cheaper than the tippmann ones, will be purchasing 2 more for my self and the oldest one.

I picked up two of these for my two youngest sons. They love paintball but they do not love lugging around a paintball gun with a large tank attached to it. With these coiled remote hoses they can store the tank in their backpack and then only have to lug around the weight of the gun all day. Makes a huge difference for them. It also makes the guns much lighter so they can move faster with them and their target acquisition time is much quicker too.

Horrible product, leaked the first time I hooked it up. Even if it wasn't broken out of the bag it isn't anything that will last you any amount of time. Adding insult to injury when I contacted them to return it they asked me to pay shipping ( no problem I took a risk on it) and they added a ridiculous "processing fee" that made it not worth it to return. Stay away not only from this product but this company.

I needed a remote line for use on my pellet rifles when using an external CO2 paintball tank (instead of small powerlets). This fit the bill perfectly as I was able to remove the paintball fittings on the remote end and use the standard 1/8" NPT fitting as found and ndeeded on my pellet rifle. The hose is a bit stiff and short, but stretching it out overnight to 12' helped "memorize" the hose to a longer length. All in all, nothing wrong with this at all...it was exactly what I needed.

So i got this remote line and it didnt come with any instuctions so i attatched it to my gun then i screwed on a 9 ounce tank and fired to make sure it worked. So then i decided to try disconecting it to see what would happen. I think i still had the cap on the part that is over the tank and so when i disconected it the thing started spraying Co2 all over and so i quik tried to reconect it but i wasnt able to cause of the pressure and so the little O-ringe inside of the thing blasted out while i was trying to conect it and since the O-ring wasnt in there any more it conected but Co2 was still coming out :/ . so i quik took it in my room and and opened the window to get some airflow. Its a great product and it arrived on time but it would have been nice to have some instuctions. regardless i still give it 5 stars (geuss ill look on youtube to c how to work it) And all this happened inside my house, i didnt feal to good after inhaling about 2 or 3 ounces of Co2.

This is a very good remote, I used it this weekend for the first time. The remote was still working with no leaks after 8 games and 5 hours of woodsball.I have three issues with this remote:1. It doesn't come with instructions.2. The valve screw comes completely off which means you can lose it.3. It is not a true quick connect as you have to close the valve and depressurize the system before removing it from the marker. (see my tutorial below)Nonetheless its's a great remote which gives you agility and removes the weight of the tank from the marker.Connecting the Remote:1. Open (unscrew) the valve so the internal pin is all the way up into the assembly. (if you don't it will beginning leaking as you screw the valve onto the tank)2. Screw the valve onto the tank. Remember this is hand tightened only, no tools required.3. Connect the "quick connect" to the marker with the tank valve open (unscrewed).4. Close (screw down) the valve to pressurize the system.Disconnecting the remote:1. Open (unscrew) the valve on the tank to stop gas flow. You have to unscrew it far enough to disengage the valve pin from the tank pin otherwise your system will not depressurize.2. Dry fire your marker until the system is depressurized. If you don't complete this step you'll likely blow out the o-ring in the quick connect (good luck replacing it).3. Unplug the quick connect from the mark and the valve from the tank.

so this remote is very affordable and does the job just fine. If you are a novice or beginner player to paintball than this is deffinetly the coil for you. There have been a couple of other different reviews on this item saying that it doesnt come with directions for the instal. well they are right but if you cant figure out which side is male and which side is female than you need to go back to school. as for why i rated this item a three star, the quick disconnct is good but it doesnt stop the air that may still be left in the tank from coming out and if you are a player outside of a course, this could become an expensive problem. the valve that attaches to your tank is supposed to decrease the air flow from the tank to your asa and well if you are using co2 then this is somewhat of a delema as co2 is stored in liquid form and has a phase change to become a gas. so once a co2 tank is on the valve does nothing for you. the coil itself, or the hose that connects the two ends is durable and hasnt had any problems with kinks durring my activity. i am 6'6" and when standing to fire it does create a little tension when i am sholdering my marker. every other position i am in, it is fine, and while running in the woods, it does keeps the compact coil shape. overall i think that this is a good buy for beginners but i am not so sure on the disconnect or the valve open and close and that is why i rated it three stars. hope this review helps, happy hunting!
