I've ordered this in the past without any issues and these new one are not like the one represented in your picture. There is an advertising for KSR xray supplies with a 1(800) phone number instead of saying " SIGN OUT ALL FILMS BEFORE REMOVING FROM RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT"
