Reported the following issue to seller. Seller response pending. Was able to make it work as described below. Will update when issue resolved.There is either a design or manufacturing problem with the bolt and wing nut parts in the "Axle Connecting" assembly.When tightening the wing nut on the bolt, it "pops" and will not tighten and stay tight.Adding two washers as spacers between the wing nut and top plastic connector part temporarily fixes the problem.This tell me that the steel nut embedded into the plastic wing nut is not in the correct position, and/or the bolt threads are not long enough, causing the nut to go down too far, and onto the non-threaded part of the bolt.

Quality and value is great in this kayak cart. Works great for my Big Fish 120. Comparison photos with my 8” wheel cart show just how much bigger this is (this little cart is awesome in its own right, but a bit outmatched for a 100lb kayak unless its very smooth ground). I’m looking forward to hauling my kayak around on these big wheels. Assembly is easy and straightforward. Materials look and feel heavy duty enough. Doesn’t weigh much either. No regrets buying this. I’ll do an update in a year or so if it still going.

This is very sturdy cart that was easy to assemble and use. The bottom of two different Pelican kayaks fit perfectly after minor fine tuning of the rail positions. The large wheels easily rolled over roots and small rocks. One person could load and roll the kayak on the cart, but two people make it super fast and easy. It was more challenging to pull through soft sand dunes but at that point we were by the water and could pull the kayaks without the cart. Would definitely recommend this cart. Makes moving kayaks super easy and fun, like driving a kayak car!

Very well made. Sturdy, holds my Kyacks with out any slipping. For me the best feature is that the width of the bars that the kyack sits on are adjustable. That allows me to get a perfect fit with any of my kyacks which are all different widths and shapes.

I have a large, somewhat awkward 10' sit on top fishing kayak (lifetime). I originally bought a regular cart that was highly recommended, but could not get it to work with my kayak, even though it said it was "universal" and would work. The hulls just couldn't line up correctly. I finally gave up trying to 'make' it work and relying on having a helper when I needed to move it any distance.This cart is fantastic! It's easy to assemble, is very sturdy and well constructed. It easily hauls my big kayak all around the yard and wherever I need it.It's BIG!I haven't tried it in places where I'd need to take it with me on the water yet, so I can't speak to how transportable it would be on the boat itself. But, for my purposes, it was a great investment.
