True to size. The xs would have been better for me. Based on reviews I went with a small. 110 lbs. 5'4"I could actually have the heat hotter. Most people will be ok with it. Battery lasted several hours on high.

My hubby bought this heated vest for me so I could play pickleball outside over the winter. I love it so much. I wear this all the time! I wear it to the grocery store, to church, to my local pickleball facility, and anywhere I want to be warm! This vest lasts all day! It’s adjustable, low, medium, and high. You can turn off certain sections and warm either the back, front, or neck! Heat around the neck feels so good! Not to mention the pockets are warm too! Definitely get this vest! My husband has one, my pickleball friends have them now! People stop me and ask about this vest all the time! I don’t know how many have bought them since I’ve had mine. I lost count! 🤣 Battery is rechargeable and if you want, pick up an extra battery. To turn off you hold for 3 seconds. So be sure to look at the instructions that come along with the vest. Definitely love this vest because I hate to be cold! Buy it!

Pros: super soft neck lining, comfortable fabric, great fit (true to size), lights off optionCons: the battery!!! The pack sat right on my hip digging into my bone when I walked or sat. It was so uncomfortable thar I had to return it. Battery placement=deal breaker. Otherwise I would have kept it.
