It has the cover for the feet. It is a decent height. It even has three temperatures- low, medium, and high. Unfortunately the low is so low I couldn't feel it and the high is so low, it felt lukewarm, not even warm, just almost warm. I even waited 15 minutes to give it time to warm up. Disappointed.

Bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my boyfriend, mainly because our feet get really cold sitting at our desks at home. The heat is nice to have, I enjoy the little pocket in it too even without the heat. My only complaint isn’t even really a complaint, it’s squishier than I thought it would be and I wish it was a little wider to sit with my feet a little further apart but overall comfortable. Pic included is my dog laying on top of it under my desk, may help for size reference.

Great for your calves or under your knees, especially after being on your feet all day.I like to use it as a warm, supportive pillow, to support my head & neck when listening to music or scrolling through my phone.The warmth is so soothing.It's nice that the cover can be removed for cleaning (Velcro holds it in place).All around great design.

My wife kept asking for something that she could put her feet on and could warm her feet as well while she was working at her desk. This foot rest is the best thing that matches her description. The price is reasonable. I very like the box design which has a handle so I can take the box with me anywhere easily. The foot rest is very light and is not too high, just the right height that can make your feet comfortable. My wife very enjoys the heat function as her feet is always cold even with socks on. The vibration function is also helpful when her feet are sored. It is easy to use and the buttons are not hard to push at all. Overall, I am glad that this foot rest makes my wife happy and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for one.

Love this foot rest. Comfortable. Keeps my legs aligned at correct height and relieves knee pain. The heat with cover for my feet is just what my always cold feet need. The massage is just vibrate and I don’t use it.

the product was great on the first 3 days. I work from home and like my feet warm so I have it on for an hour, 1-2 times a day. after about a week the heating doesn't heat up as it did before, and the memory foam is flattened and no longer soft. Gave 3 stars because so far it does still 'work' and warms up. the vibrating is useless in my opinion. the foot pocket is nice, and honestly its just nice to have something soft to put my feet on under my work desk.

I decided to purchase the under-desk foot rest and fell in love with the product. I thought that the cost was a bit high but decided to give it a try, it's very easy to set up. I love the boxing and the product so far is amazing. I love the massage feature the most and after a few minutes if you use the timmer button on the right stops in a few minutes. If you are looking to give someone this product as a gift definitely recommend. Your feet will remain warm as you work during the winter months.

I would give this item a zero no stars but I can’t doesn’t have that option anyway I purchased this a few months ago and then I went on a leave of absence so I literally have been out of work for about three months with my lupus first time coming back to work I said my desk turn on my heating pad and it does not eat up. It’s vibrating all the lights are on. I unplugged it for a while and then plugged it back up still does not work. I have only used this one time $50 and only used it one time. I am very pissed, and past the time that I can return it . I am noticing that items that I bought from Amazon after three months four months they no longer work the next time I order something and it stops working in a couple of months, especially when I haven’t even used it, but one time will be the last time I ever ordered something from Amazon!!!!
