The product description said it was for use as an adapter for an induction stove, it is not. Does not work with induction stove tops.

Haven’t used yet, directions are not in English. I’m going to have to look online to see if I can find any instruction. First time with a stove that needs this so I’m clueless!

I use it in my air fryer/toaster oven Be sure to preheat for 10 minutes Food browns nicely on both sides Easy to clean just soak for a few minutes After cleaning I put a light coating of oil on the top rigged surface then put into oven to preheat I have been using it 4 or 5 times weekly for quite a few months. The only thing is that you can't get stains off of it.Otherwise it works well and also defrost you items if ned be.

All directions were in a foreign language. With that said we are only guessing on proper use and cleaning. We bought it to assist with use of our cast iron skillets on our elec glass top appliance. It slides around on the stove top so is a bit of a pain!It should have included directions for use in English language.The photo was taken after using it 3 times.

Just purchased a glass top stove. Was concerned about using my cast iron skillets, and did not want them to scratch the stove top. Did not want to buy a new set of skillets because nothing better than cast iron for even heat cooking. This heat diffuser works perfectly. Yes, it can slide, but being aware that it can slide, pay attention. We did have to learn that it takes longer for the skillet to initially heat each time since the heat has to heat the diffuser first, then the skillet. With that understanding, no problem!

It's terrible it got warped on the first use (4/10 heat)It broke my tajine because of it, that same thing was supposed to save it.Stay away, unless you want your clay pot to break

I picked up this diffuser with the hopes that I could achieve a better rolling boil from a small pot of water on my gas stove. My theory was that with a smaller pot, the gas flames were essentially heating all around the pot and was inefficient in providing heat transfer to the water. I was hoping that with the diffuser plate, more heat transfer would happen at the bottom of the pot and I would be able to achieve a stronger rolling boil with water. That did not happen.But this is a diffuser and it is meant to provide an evenly heated surface for cooking. This would provide a good surface for simmering things. On this front, the plate does great. It is lightweight aluminum allow, so it is not heavy like cast iron. It is pretty thin so it does not take up a lot of space in the cupboard if I am not using it.Overall, this is a pretty nice diffuser plate...My original assumption was incorrect (trying to achieve a rolling boil), but I will be using this for simmering items on the stove.

A very good quality diffuser. I needed one so as to be able to cook in my earthenware pot on the stove. It works like a charm. A bit pricey but I guess you buy this once in a lifetime, maybe.

I was tired of throwing away frying pans frequently because they are destroyed, I have used it for a week now and will definitely get more. It seems to work and it makes frying easier as it distributes heat very evenly so all areas of the pan is equally hot. So far so good 👍.

The diffuser has already started bending with just about 2 months of sparing usage. Not sure how it will be able to hold the utensils once it bends little more
