I have narrow ear canals. Even the earplugs you get that are labeled as small and "for women" cause irritation in my ear canals after a single overnight use. These ones, when placed just perfectly, block out my husband's snoring and other noises allowing me to sleep soundly.

These definitely provide peace and quiet. Blocking out all the noise for restful sleep. However, unfortunately these also irritate my ears badly, causing them to ache, and my daughter and a friend who tried them said the same thing. It could be something that we were just unfortunately sensitive to. But they are petite, and work well for the intended use. But did cause rotation and discomfort after use, and had to dispose of them. So if they don't cause any irritation for you, these do work great!

There is just enough of a difference in the size, compared to Mack's smallest ear plugs, to allow me to wear without pain. I truly appreciate these extra small plugs!

These are soft but a little big for my ears. Probably fine for most people, but if you have any concerns about size these may not work for you.

I have tried every small ear plug I could find. If it contained the word small, I tried it. I also tried self-molded ear plugs and loop ear plugs and wax ear plugs. I’ve tried using Bose over-ear headphones and earbuds with white noise playing. It has taken me around 10 years, and because of that I consider these particular ear plugs to be nothing short of miraculous. I can wear them the entire night without pain. I can even sleep on my side for a bit. Any other ear plug would cause pain after a couple hours and I would have to take them out. I just got back from a 23 day tent camping trip where a box fan and noise machine combo are not possible. I wore them every night for 8-10 hours. Sometimes more. Because of these ear plugs I was actually able to sleep more than a couple hours every night! I love them so much I am contemplating buying a lifetime supply in case they decide to change them or stop making them. 100 stars!

I can't say enough good things about Hearos Ear Plugs! I've tried a few different brands, but these are by far the best. They're incredibly comfortable and fit snugly without causing any irritation, even when I wear them all night. They block out noise effectively, whether it's traffic sounds or snoring. Edit: So, after using the gel for hearing aids, and squeezing the earplugs together to form a narrow plug, they settled it in quite nicely and stayed there all night. I've given this 5 stars now. I bought different ones after this review, and in all honesty, these worked much better. Bravo! Now if only they came in a larger pack (hint, hint)I am a 65+ Who was hopeful that this would fit my tiny ears, but they don’t. I suppose if I was actually able to put them in successfully, they might drown out some noise. I’ve always had tiny ears for as long as I can remember.For me, it was a challenge to put hearing aids in, also. There’s a product that I purchased on Amazon that was recommended to me by the hearing aid people called OtoEase. Two tiny bottles, but 1 bottle has lasted me, so far, for six months or more, and I’m only halfway through that bottle. You just need to put a little drop on your finger tip (it’s a thickish gel), rub your fingers together and wipe just inside the ear (not in your ear canal), and the hearing aid slides right in easily. I’m going to try that product on these and hopefully I’ll be able to slide them in before they expand.For now I put star rating of 3 and will update if I finally have success. I really wanted to love these since I live 330 ft from a MAJOR highway with no noise barriers. 😩

The package was open on arrival. It's at least supposed to be a sealed packet given the purpose.
