I love this ring! So happy I purchased it. I like to wear my regular watch on the daily but need to track my steps and progress. I was on the fence about the ring and didnât want to spend a ton of money if I didnât like it because Iâm not good at returning stuff. To my surprise I am very happy with the look, comfort, and style. The free app is easy to use and understand. Itâs good quality for the price.

I really like to track all of my metrics. This ring helps me see alllll of that data right in the app. It's beautiful but it did run slightly big, despite me measuring my finger. but I am making it work. It's comfortable and feels durable.

It fit well, very good value for money. Wanted to test out a health ring before splurging on one but after trying this one, I'm sticking with itIt only tracks in thirty minutes intervals (or manually) but still a very good product!

This is the best thing!! It does all the same things as the way more expensive brands. Its beautiful, tracks perfectly as I have been comparing it to my watch- and the app doesn't have a subscription. It tells me all I need to know. Very impressed.

I am very happy with this purchase! I wasn't sure what size to buy based on their sizing chart, as my measurements kept coming back different every time. I highly recommend going to the Zales website, and downloading and printing their ring sizer chart. I used a ring I had on the chart, and also cut out the ring sizer, and ordered a size 9 for my middle and/or pointer finger. It fits perfectly on these small hands! The app was a bit confusing to figure out, as the manual did not include instructions on how to sync the ring to your bluetooth/wifi. The tricky part was that once you sync the phone app with the ring, to get the ring to appear on the app, you have to go to your app settings on your phone, and tell the app which permissions you give the app. It does track steps accurately, and if ever doesn't seem to be updating, just go into the app, pull the screen down, and it will sync and update your settings/steps. In terms of sleep, as long as you have uninterrupted sleep, it does accurately track your sleep. If however, you wake up in the middle of the night like I often do, and can't get back to sleep for a couple hours, it won't adjust for waking up in the middle of the night. I have gone about 4 days with it on before needing to charge. It charges very quickly (I think less than an hour!). I love the look of the ring, it is comfortable, and I forget that i am wearing it most of the time. I am very happy with this purchase.

The ring it pretty and works well. The only issue we had is the accuracy of the sizing. My wife wears a 7 ring normally but when we tried the sizing rings out it said she needed a 9. When we got the ring she should have ordered an 8.

Unfortunately I purchased this to keep track of my high blood pressure. It doesnât do that even though it states that it does. This wasnât worth it for me.
