This headgear for use with a CPAP machine is solid and as comfortable as the usual headgear I purchase in a 2-pack. However, this offering, though slightly more expensive ($14 vs $11 per headgear ($22 for 2)) comes with two pairs of replacement clips, which the Snugell brand 2-pack does not. Though I did not get the option with additional, optional padding for the portions of the CPAP device that press against cheek and jaw, that might be a perk that some buyers would appreciate. Also, this strap is thicker and sturdier than the Snugell counterpart.

After using this replacement headgear for my ResMed AirFit F20 for a few weeks, I can confidently say it’s a good option with a couple of minor trade-offs.Fit and ComfortThe headgear itself fits well and feels very similar to the original ResMed version. The material is soft and sits comfortably without causing any pressure or discomfort overnight. It doesn’t leave marks on my face, and I don’t wake up with that “strapped in” feeling, which is a big plus for me. Overall, it feels gentle on my skin and maintains a nice, secure fit.Magnetic ClipsThe magnetic clips included with this set work fine, but they aren’t quite as smooth as the originals that came with my mask. While these clips hold the mask in place overnight, I noticed they feel a bit less sturdy than the OEM magnets, though they still do the job. Fortunately, changing out the magnets was quick and easy—if you’re like me and keep old parts, swapping in the original magnets only took a few seconds.Durability and QualityThe stitching on this headgear seems durable, and the materials don’t feel flimsy at all.
