I received this January 30. Set up and functions went great. That's the good news. When viewing 3.0 broadcast after 10 minutes I can see lip sync issues. At 15 to 20 minutes the picture freezes and jerks. I did the restart, factory reset and checked for updates to no avail. I have no issues with 1.0 broadcast. So I now have an overly expensive 1.0 tuner. I would wait for later versions Ah, the rest button on the bottom of the box does nothing as well.

The tuner works great, but the apps do not. Every time I try to watch something on sling or prime it runs very slow and then gives an error message.

The built in app update did not update the hdtv app. DRM channels was not working. Had to download the apk to do the update. Hopefully this one doesn't keep crashing and rebooting like the other one I returned.

This HDTV converter XI from GTMEDIA Store is awesome! It is compatible with the next generation of ATSC3.0, allowing me to enjoy a clearer and smoother TV picture. And support for free PVR and DVR recording functions, so that I do not miss any wonderful programs, at any time can watch back. Dolby AC audio is amazing, like being in a movie theater. Offline DRM is also very practical, even if there is no network can be normal viewing. The built-in Bluetooth function is convenient and can connect to my wireless headphones without disturbing the family. The converter is also simple to set up, easy to operate, and well worth buying!

This is a nice ATSC 3 tuner box that also can record and playback DRM channels in a limited way, plus also has all the Android apps you use.This only has a 12 hour guide, so more for someone that watches a lot of live TV than someone wanting to record entire series and things like that.I have used many other ATSC 3 devices and they ""ALL"" have their own problems or lack of features too. So really decide on what "your" needs are, more live viewing or more DVR stuff.
