Although the craftsmanship is there, the engineering isn't. It comes with only 2ea alenheads to secure to axle. I tried everything to get it to secure on the axle like it should be. It just does not stay on. if thee were 3 holes, and 3 Allen heads securing it on in correct timing, I am sure it would be a very good product. see Photo's old ones 3 hole, these 2hole....
