Finally! This is the 3rd pillow I purchased via Amazon. The first one was way too high and way too hard. The second was just as uncomfortable, with a new weird shape that I had decided to try because of "great" reviews. NO! I purchase this pillow because of the possibility of removing a layer to change the height. So far it has been great, straight out of the box. The full height and firmness is perfect for me. I hope that lasts!

I have not received my refund yet. For some reason it still says when they receive item, they will issue refund. I don't know why, I returned it. It is impossible to find out how to contact anyone regarding this. There are no options to contact anyone in case refund hasn't been issued. Sure would be nice to have the money back since I gave the product back.The pillow was not comfortable. Pieces inside pillowcase slid around a lot. When some removed for thickness adjustment, the pads were loose inside and would slide around worse. Returned this item.

I've tried many cervical/neck support pillows and my experience has been that they feel SO thick and hard and end up tipping my head forward because they're so thick, which is the opposite of what they're supposed to do. I try to give it a few nights to adjust, but they've all been awful. This pillow is a GAME CHANGER! I was expecting it to be firm like all other memory foam pillows, but it's SOFT like a regular pillow. I love the layers so you can adjust it to your desired height. Even with all the inserts, it's still a bit lower than the other cervical pillows I've tried (which is a good thing). I got a good night's sleep with it on the first night. My husband doesn't even use this type of pillow and tried it and loved it. Did not notice any bad smell, and it fluffed up right away out of the box. Definitely recommend.

I tried several other memory foam pillows and had to return them. They were too hard or hurt my neck. This one is so customizable with the three inner pads. I started out with all three -- too hard and high. Then started taking out one at a time until I found the right support. I ended up taking them all out and then ahhhh comfort! It now has the perfect support for my neck. Took a week or so to really get used to it and get comfortable but now it's perfect. None of the other pillows offered this kind of custom support. And I always have the option of adding one or two layers back in. Great pillow. Highly recommend.

The pillow is very comfortable. The only con is that it is smaller than a normal pillow and the full pillowcase easily comes off.

I had neck problems for years due to sleep on stacked of pillows to help my acid reflux. While it helps w/ the acid reflux, it kind of messed up my neck and caused tension headaches as well. And I have searched for the right pillow, like ...forever. After trying so many pillows over the years, I finally find this adjustable memory contour pillow that bring relieve to my neck and headaches. Very cleverly designed, with adjustable height to accommodate different sleeping needs. I can't vouch for the durability, but do hope it can last for a while. This pillow works better for me when I took out 1 layer to lower the height, and it's on the soft side which is what I prefer. For people that prefer firm pillows, these pillows may not work for you. I also have 1 recommendation for the seller to include the information of the firmness/ softness of pillow on the website, so people can make an inform decision before buying to reduce return rate. Purchased the small/child pillow because I wanted a really low pillow. I am a full-on stomach sleeper. I prefer something under the neck, but the head needs to be almost flat. I have tried almost all the pillows in existence, from large square down filled to sleeping without the pillow. I have been purchasing ikea cheap pillows so I could bend it under the neck. There is not much filling, so the pillow wore out pretty fast. I decided to try memory foam, but everything I have seen so far was too dense and hard to sleep on. This child pillow is softer than most but is still too hard. I am literally looking for a pillow that’s cloud soft and won’t bend my neck so it ends up at an angle. I bought this one vs the multi layer flat one because the top portion has a curve. I tried just the top curved ( both sides) and it was too low. It would be perfect for a toddler. I then added 1 additional layer and selected the higher curve end. That created a perfect height and because it’s a small pillow the two curves keep the head very snuggly. If this pillow was just a bit more softer, it would be priceless.I may have to look for purely neck pillow so my head would be on the mattress to achieve the desired result.
