Seller doesn’t make sure all yarn is included. Before you start make sure you have all the yarn. I did not and had to stop. Was unable to continue and returned.

I got this for my elderly mother, she loves doing these rugs, the tool that comes with it is on the smaller size, however you can order larger ones.

Fun project! I haven't done a latch hook rug in years. This was such a cute pattern. I bought it to hang up by my plant stand. Directions were easy, pattern clear to follow, and I had left over yarn. Would recommend to crafters and plant lovers.

I really enjoyed this kit. It comes in a cute case, has more than enough yarn, and was overall an enjoyable project. There we’re definitely some flaws on the printed canvas, so if you get this, know that you’ll be referring to the paper instructions a lot. It’s easy to follow, even for a beginner. I did deviate a bit on the left planter; there was enough extra yarn that I could make the wavy line pink. Really nice to have that ability. Biggest con for this was the included hook. It’s total cheap garbage, so plan on using a different hook. Overall recommend.

I found this on Amazon and decided it would make a nice gift for a friend. It took less than a week to finish.Pros* Enough yarn provided for all colors.* Included hook was large enough for me grip easily.* The edges and back were already covered.Cons* The pattern was printed slightly crooked on the screen, only 1 line though. This is normal enough but makes the pattern sheet useless. Bad news - you need the pattern sheet for some of the colors.* The yarn was miscut and of varying size. Roughly 20% needed cut down to proper size; 1-2% was too short to use and was discarded.* The biggest problem was the color choices for printing the pattern onto the fabric. Unlike the picture above, the pattern was very faint. The dark colors were fine, but the light colors were so faint that there was no difference between the red, bright yellow, and light green spots on the pattern. All were a pale pink color.This is not my first latch hook kit, but it's been a long time. I doubt I'll return to it as a hobby.

My kids have went away to college and husband works out of town, so I need something to keep me busy. I already tried paint by numbers, so latch hook was the next thing on my list. This is an adorable cactus design, and although I'm not finished with the rug yet, I can see that it's going to turn out just like the picture. Latch hook takes a bit longer than I thought it would - I bought this in March, and might have it finished by Christmas. One thing that did surprise me about this rug is that it has a non-slip backing on it. I thought that I would have to attach a non-skid fabric to the bottom, but it already has one attached. Overall, very pleased with this purchase.
