This espresso machine was decent but nothing special. It brewed a passable shot of espresso with a thin crema, if any. The machine doesn’t have much optionality for what you can change to improve your espresso and won’t make a barista-quality espresso, however it makes a good enough shot for at-home. Perfect if you are making espresso martinis.

I’ve only had it a short time but am enjoying myself. With the provided pressurized basket and portafilter I seem to get a shot that quality wise is better than a moka pot but not quite a cafe quality espresso. Close mind you.It is difficult to find a 4mm eared bottomless portafilter with 3 ears for 51mm baskets. They don’t list any HBN compatible.I found one compatible with Mr Coffee works.Very first cup with it was a significant improvement. I strongly advise upgrading the provided portafilterReally fun, enjoy

Just got it a few days ago, love it! Works great and reasonable price for the overall good quality. My family has been using it everyday since we’ve gotten it and can’t get enough. It’s a great addition to add for anyone’s appliances, definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for a nice espresso machine to buy this one!

This is my first espresso machine, and I'm happy with it. It was simple to set up and use. The instructions were clear, and I was able to start making espresso within 10 minutes. I like that it has a heated cup holder, and it's very easy to clean and refill the water. The espresso maker is compact in size and doesn’t take up much space which fits my need. The milk frothing system works great as well. Overall, it's a good addition to my kitchen so far.

This espresso machine is very easy to use, even for beginners. It brews delicious coffee with a strong, rich aroma that instantly fills the room, making your mornings more enjoyable. The milk frother is simple to operate and produces creamy, smooth foam, so you can effortlessly make lattes, cappuccinos, or any other coffee drinks you love. It’s a great product for the price, offering excellent quality without being too expensive. The modern design is both stylish and practical, and the black color gives it a sleek, elegant look that fits perfectly in any kitchen. Whether you’re a coffee lover or just looking for an easy way to enjoy barista-quality coffee at home, this espresso machine is a fantastic choice.

This espresso machine has a sleek look. It doesn't take up a lot of counter space, is light and easy to move around, and has some suction cups on the bottom to help hold it in place. The instruction manual is comprehensive and for the most part fairly clear. Still, a link to video instructions on use of the machine would be very helpful. It takes some practice to get it working to your own tastes (e.g. amount of ground coffee and milk). Also, some things I found more difficult than I would have expected.1) Switching between the single cup and double cups coffee filter. They install very tightly in the filter holder. With some patience, you can spin the filter around to properly line things up for removal, but you still need to pry it out. This is problematic when you have just used it to make espresso and it's still hot.2) You have to turn quite hard to get the filter holder attached to the machine properly. If it isn't tight enough, water/coffee will leak from the sides of the filter holder rather than being forced through the filter. To get the filter properly tightened, you'll have to use your free hand to hold the machine in place. (The suction cups are insufficiently strong to hold the machine in place for this task.) And you'll need to do this without touching the metal cup warmer on top which can burn your hand.3) After making a cup of espresso and using the steamer, the machine temperature is too hot to immediately make a second cup. I found this meant I had to wait a few minutes for the temperature to drop.4) The machine doesn't come with a milk frothing pitcher, something you will need to separately buy if you want to properly froth milk.Overall, this product does the job reasonably well. But not having previously owned one, I'm uncertain if some of its quirks are unique or shared with similar products.

The espresso machine looks nice and doesn’t take up too much room. Unfortunately, my machine arrived looking like it was previously used and returned. The drip tray had watermarks on it (as pictured). I attempted to use it anyways. The espresso always turns out weak. I tried the single and double espresso. I tried different coffee grinds. I used a heavier weighted tamper than the flimsy plastic one that came with it. It always brews very weak. I got better results from my $35 Mr. Coffee espresso maker. The milk frother is also difficult to use and very loud. Overall, I do not recommend this machine, especially at its price point.
