Cheap quality. Net would not stay up.

Because it's meant to be applied to the part of the table where the gap is, it would be much better if the clamp was wider.

The old net on our ping pong table had deteriorated and it was time for a new one. This replacement did the trick. It was super easy to install with the comes-with, heavy-duty metal clips. This is a good choice for your $18.

I have a standard size official ping pong table that folds in half. The support posts in the middle of the table prevent the use of this clamp style net. I waited several months before I opened the box and tried to setup the net. It didn't take long to realize I could not use this net. I passed the return time frame so I'm stuck. Amazons return policy is excellent. It's my fault for waiting so long to open the box. I changed my review from a 3 to a 5 because of the excellent customer service I received from this vendor. They took the time to show they cared for their customers.

The net’s bracket attaching to the ping pong table is unusual. Attaching with a lip around the table might not always work well. From the product pictures, it shows attaching to a flat table without any lip. It worked okay with a 2 inch lip. Larger might not work. The brackets add 6” on each side of the ping pong table. A regulation size 60” table requires the full 72” net. On a 48” table, it requires only 60” of net, but there are no instructions say what to do with the extra foot of net. Also the product page has 3 steps for the “Instruction Book”. I have no idea what step 2. “Put Stick into the Net” means.
