Started noticing squealing after less than 5,000 miles. Had a service scheduled for my F-250 with Ford so had them check it out. PADS WERE CRACKED with less than a year and 5,000 miles on them. Installed new rotors with the HAWK pads at the same time-pads are now cracked and rotors are damaged, which luckily Ford covered under warranty. Unfortunately HAWK claims no warranty on their Performance Brake Pads so that's $120 down the drain...BUYER BEWARE.

The other reviews complaining about noise and dust are from people who did not do their research before buying these pads. Hawk does not recommend these pass for daily recreational duty. Are they noisy? Yes! Do they make a mess? Yes! Do they stop? F@&$ YES! Their resistance brake fade under hard use is astounding. These are no nonsense, commercial, medium duty pads!

Poor product especially for the money, installed, went through proper break in procedure, cannot get them to stop squeaking. Contacted Hawk Performance 3 times via email and left voicemail with no response. Apparently they do not want to warranty or replace their brake pads. Sucks I have an $80k truck that squeaks every time it stops. Very disappointed.

Same braking power as OEM pads. Way more dust than OEM. They Squeal embarrassingly louder than the cheapest pads from AZ. And best part of all - cost $50 more than the OEM pads. I’ll try some different brake pad grease on them rather than the stuff that came with them. If that makes them squeal less then I’ll bump up the review to two stars.
