I bought this to make as Christmas gifts and it turned out just terrific! It was a challenge even for an experienced sewer like me but her directions were so well written with lots of photos of the steps it was great fun to make! The wallet itself is so clever with tons of compartments to hold just about everything! After making 2 I’m going to make one for myself

This pattern was very difficult for me. I am a novice sewist, just getting started. I would suggest using tracing paper to cut out the pattern. The instructions were difficult to understand sometimes, as there are not many pictures. The accordion pocket is rather floppy. I think I would put interfacing in there next time so it might not flop open when you open the wallet. Otherwise, I like the finished product!

I've been sewing since I was 14. I'm now 60. I sew clothes, totes, pillows, mend clothes, alter clothes, etc. I didn't get past the zipper. I got frustrated and threw it in the trash. I believe a person more skilled with small items may do well with this. However, it's not for me.
