Upon unpacking I immediately noticed that the cabinet was damaged in freight. The attached photo is just one example of many defects. After inspection of the flimsy way it was packed I decided that if I returned it for another I would more than likely find the same, so I made the necessary repairs and am pretty satisfied with the result.

The first cabinet that we received was missing lots of finish on the door panels, so I requested a replacement and was happy when the new one was delivered about 3 days later. When we went to set up the new cabinet, we saw the same issue on the doors, although it was not as bad as the first one, so I figured I could just touch it up myself and be done with it. After all, it really does look nice when it is installed. Upon further inspection, we found a pretty good sized crack in the wood on the front and we could see that one of the holes for the door handles was nearly 1/2 inch lower than the other one. There are also 4 nut plates installed into the back of the cabinet to facilitate installation of the dartboard, but one of the nut plates had fallen out and it will no longer fit into the wood. TERRIBLE quality control for this product. I called their support number and had to leave a voicemail. This was 3 weeks ago and I still have not received a return call.If you are looking for a nice dart board and cabinet, I would not buy this one, as it is a big piece of Chinese-made junk.

Cabinet on dart board is nice but the top molding chiped when a dart hit it. Also the sound on the dart board is extremely low and hardly hear able also the list of games on the dart board are extremely hard to read as the wording is very small. I really didn't even want to give it one star but I did. For the price of this board it should be excellent. I went and got a second board at Walmart for 69.00 and it is 100 percent better then this.

So happy with this dartboard. I like that it takes batteries, so I was able to hang it in a spot that had no outlet without it being a hassle. I’d suggest ordering alternative/backup darts, but other than that I’m very happy!

This is a very well done Cabinet that would look beautiful in any playroom or man cave. Stainless steel handles opens the cabinet to reveal a multifaceted electronic dart board including handy holes to store the darts. It's also really easy to assemble which we did before gifting it to a family member. Well worth the cost!

The dartboard comes separate from the cabinet so there is some assembly required. It came well packaged and arrived intact. The assembly instructions were sufficient but perhaps by one who’s English is a second language.The product itself seems well made but time and use will tell. The Electronics keep score nicely and with the game instructions it’s easy enough to understand and navigate through the different games, levels and player types.We played with our grandkids and we all had fun as it something they can sorta compete with us without a lot of prior skill. When we were playing we discovered the biggest negative about the unit is, when playing with novice players, darts can shoot wildly out of control and cause issues... such as the darts hitting the reset button and causing the game to suddenly end. This happened 3x in succession. We finally fashioned a cardboard cover, which is quite unattractive but functional.In all a great product that could use a cover over the buttons on the bottom.

So far this dartboard and cabinet have been great. Bounce outs are very limited and usually result from a bad throw. Cabinet is solid along with hardware for hanging on wall. Attractive wood finish doesn’t look like a dartboard when closed. Very pleased with this item. Time will tell how the electronic board holds up with regular play, but after 1 week, no issues at all.
