Suction cups do not work, it keeps falling of the wall. I did follow all of installation instructions. This caddy was to replace a very similar one that I have had for 5+ years. I am now sorry I tossed the old one. Returning this one.

I love these Hasko shower products. They have great holding ability and they are very reliable and hold a surprising amount of weight. They come with extra suction cups, but after nearly 6 years of use, I have not replaced any.Since I have been using them, they have only come loose a few times over the years, but that is to be expected in the wet and steamy environment. Just clean the cup and the tile or glass well, make sure the cup is slightly damp, press hard against the surface and tighten the metal tensioner and you are good to go.Let them sit unburdened for an hour or so after hanging.I would not use for glass containers or on wall paper or uneven or porous surfaces, but for standard tile or glass, they are fantastic!Highly recommend.

I've had this caddy for about 8 years now and have zero complaints. I've moved about 5 times in those 8 years and I have never had a single issue with the suction ability each time I have attached it to a new surface. Fantastic product.

Ordered this for a molded shower wall. Clean and installed as directed. Unit is very sturdy and secure. Holds the weight of soap as well as a shampoo and conditioner. Incredible suction and seal. Would recommend. Price was very reasonable as I've paid more for product with way less suction. Came over night delivery.

I bought one of these in 2018, and it has never fallen off the wall once. I'm writing this review now because I'm buying a new one to replace it with, as it has finally started to rust a little around the joints. 6 years for a product like this is really good in my opinion.

So far so good - installed in my old-school molded plastic shower and it's staying up fine.Nothing heavy in it (shampoo bottles. etc.) but it keeps everything else off the tub and organized. The only thing I would have liked to see are some hooks for things with small handle holes (back brush, squeegee, etc.)

I wanted a suction (or command-strip) holder for my soap and body wash plus to hang my loofah and razor. This does it all. I have had no problem with the suction holding although I've only had it for a week. But I check it often to see if it's still sturdy and it has been. I don't drop my bottles into the holder. I set them in. Same with the other items. Very easy to install. Looks great - and I look organized!

This is a very sturdy holder for your shampoo, exfolliating gear, etc. Has a moveable cradle hook for your razor, and the soap holder is large enough to hold a big huge man sized bar.The suction cups are beyond excellent and hold indefinitely on glass. Just make sure the glass is clean first. In fact never has fallen once in owning this item now over a year.I recommend this great shower item and would definitely purchase again.

This is a very nice accessory. I have installed three of them in our shower. It goes together easily, and can be removed quickly for cleaning. (I plan to put these in the dishwasher occasionally.)The suction cups didn’t hold that well, even on clean tile. As an alternative, the vendor supplies plastic discs with adhesive backing to support the suction cups, which I did not try. I brute-forced it instead. You can buy a 3 oz. tube of J-B Weld 31310 Clear All-Purpose RTV Silicone Sealant and Adhesive (mold and mildew resistant) here on Amazon.com. After figuring out where you want to mount the shower caddy, permanently attach the mounting hardware. Disassemble the mounting hardware down to the rubber disc and threaded stud: the suction cup. Clean the mounting surface and suction cups with rubbing alcohol and allow to dry. Put a large blob of RTV Silicone (perhaps one cc) in the center of a suction cup. Grasp the suction cup by the threaded stud and slowly bring it into contact with the mounting surface while slowly rotating it (this will help eliminate air bubbles). Gradually press on the outside of the suction cup while continuing to slowly rotate it. Finally firmly press the outside of the suction cup; you should see a bead of RTV Silicone around the edge of the suction cup. Place a couple of pieces of blue masking tape over the suction cup so it doesn’t slide, and let the silicone set for 24 hours (warm and humid is good for full cure). Mount the second suction cup the same way. After 24 hours, remove the tape, use a sharp knife to trim away the excess silicone, and assemble the silver plastic parts and the wire basket. All done!

Using on glass block in shower. The "knobs" actually screw in to create the suction; directions instruct to tighten slightly after some hours and days of usage, so I follow that and indeed they require this adjustment. The metal basket is substantial. It's a well-designed product. One of the suction knobs has totally loosened twice. Good news is that the other knob held up the basket and contents without a problem (though not sustainable long term). The suction loss may be due to the difficulty of aligning two suction hooks: any additional force put on the hooks because the surface they are attached to does not lie in-plane may cause loss of suction. By this I mean that the basket is attached to two different glass tiles in the shower, the tiles may not be precisely "in plane", with the result that when the suctions knobs are tightened there will then be an additional twisting force applied to one or the other suction knob...possibly tending to loosen the suction. Or it may be that I have a difficult suction knob on that one. I will have to tinker with this a bit more (bought the matching double hook model with one suction knob and it is working very well), I expect that this will work well then.Update about 2 years later: the basket held up in place for two years. Last weekend it did come crashing down in the middle of the night. The missus noticed that one knob was loose but didn't tell me. So the basket held up for a day or two with only one suction cup...a notable valiant feat! I think that staying up for 2 years was extraordinary, with daily use of the basket's items. I put it back up and it's holding. One thing I noticed is that when "new" the knobs needed to be tightened regularly for some period of time, but now the screw knobs seem to be "hard" and not as "elastic" as when new. Hopefully this will stay up another 2 years (or more)., In all, we continue to be very pleased with this product!
