Very comfortable! Wheels work fantastic! The seat is so nice and cool because it’s mesh! Best chair for work I have ever had!

I am pleased with this purchase. The contoured mesh seat back gives excellent lumbar support. I also purchased the Lifelong replacement Rubber wheels and recommend those as well.Assembly requires patience and instructions are imperfect but a person with a brain can do it. One screw would not fit into its hole and this threw me into a momentary panic. However, after looking at the hole with a magnifying glass, I realized that all I had to do was to take a screw driver and scrape away some excess plastic material that was blocking the thread. It was trivial to fix but this small flaw might have been a major problem for someone lacking in common sense or the ability to use a common tool.I tried on just one day to call the support number to ask them how to use the tilting feature. Nobody answered the phone during the regularly scheduled hours. Eventually I figured out how to do it on my own.The upshot is that these complaints are not enough to remove any of the five stars because this is a quality item and I am happy with it.

This is a perfect chair for the price. It’s stable, sturdy, comfortable, and well constructed. It was easy to assemble.

I'm a big guy at about 300lbs. On carpet this chair is creeky. Get a mat for under it, even with rollerblade style wheels. The comfort is exactly what I needed for sitting about 6 hours a day.

The chair is very comfortable, good back support etc. The one flaw, and it's a glaring one, is the arm rests are so low they are useless. Luckily fold out of the way. For info they are 6" higher than the seat.

So far a great chair. Very comfortable. Resting my feet on the rail provided with the chair gets a bit uncomfortable, but probably not a function of the chair as this is standard. I am looking for a foot stool to go with the chair for long hours spent working.

I've never left a review for anything before. I just paid double for a chair that is supposed to be heavy duty because the $120.00 chair that i had only lasted 8 months. This chair has the same mechanism as the cheap chair, it is uncomfortable, the seat is very small. highly disappointed for the money. I can guarantee this chair wont last the rest of the year.

I've been using this chair for three weeks now and I love it. I'm using it as a position alternative at my standing desk and it's every bit as comfortable as I had hoped. At a previous job I spend a lot of time in a similar (but normal height) Aeron chair and this chair is very comparable. The construction is solid and it was easy to put together (the allen wrench included in the box is the only tool you need). The mesh is plenty supportive and they've put a block of foam (or some kind of more solid cushion) under the mesh as the front of the seat, which means that there's no weird drop off behind your knees, and also that if I want to push it away form my desk and just lean on it, it's perfectly comfortable that way too. The foot support does slide down over the course of the day, but this is true of every chair I've ever used built like this. This is a well made, versatile piece of furniture and well worth the price.
