Fits great. Measure the cats waist first before ordering. For cats it must likely fit xs or S.

These work great for my old kitty so he can come out of his room and not have an accident on my carpeting.

I have a hefty kitty who is also incontinent. While these diapers work the best, they don't quite fit him properly. I ordered the biggest size, L, but they are still a little too small for him. Also, I wish they came with more in the package. They are awfully expensive, but they do work the best.

I have an elderly incontinent cat who was very lonely in her enclosure. With these diapers, she can come out and be part of the family again. For the first week or so, it was a bit of a struggle to put one on, but she's used to it now and doesn't complain much as long as there are lots of treats in front of her for distraction. You do need to make sure that the cats haunches can move comfortably, which means adjusting the tabs until you figure out what the best fit is.Honestly, the only thing I don't like about these diapers is the ridiculous graphics on them. One of the two patterns is red and blue gingham, and the other one is faux denim with a fake jeans pocket detail. My elegant kitty would never be caught dead in these tacky patterns if she had a choice.

These were the right size, but not by using Hartz' chart. Went up a size from what was measured. 20-year old cat is too old to stand while donning, so I lay cat on side, fit the top and bottom around the cat while getting one leg through leg hole (make sure to get knee and upper thigh through hole, else cat will push off), hold the diaper in place, and roll the cat over to do the other side. Tabs work well to grip the diaper to close without snagging cat fur. When properly fitted, urine gets absorbed and feces remains inside the diaper. Used these when the cat had diarrhea when ill, and also when taking the cat to/from the vet, and carry an extra diaper in case the cat had an incident on the way to the vet to have one on the cat on the way home. Not nice to hear the cat make that strained loud meow when they have to go in the carrier. This helps to contain the accident. So far, the cat has only urinated once, or defecated once, or done both, on a trip to the vet, and the diaper contains the accident. Wouldn't trust it to handle 2 accidents (to vet, and then from vet), so the cat has an accident when going to vet, and I carry a spare to put on at the vet for the trip home. I also put wee pads inside the carrier: one under a blanket, and one atop the blanket. If there's an accident on the way to the vet, the top one gets discarded, and the bottom one moved atop the blanket. Just added insurance. I do NOT reuse these diapers. One accident gets them trashed.

My cat had a urinary blockage and is on medication to dilate his urethra while he heals. After learning he'd be leaking urine for about 10 days, I ordered these.Once they arrived I was so relieved to get the problem contained and to get him clean and dry. They fit him well and he hasn't been able to remove the diaper. They may be a little pricey, but for a short term solution I find it worth it for the peace of mind.

Purchased for my cat with CKD for the days he gets his sub q fluids. They were difficult to get on him then didn’t stay in place when he walked away. The Velcro tabs barely stick. They also just aren’t made to fit a cat. They’re basically a poor quality baby diaper with a hole cut in the middle. Not custom at all.

My cat, Cocoa, is over 20 years old and has begun to use the bathroom around the house. The vet said there isn’t much that can be done. He started wearing these kitty diapers about a month ago and they have been a big help. They help to keep urine and feces from getting on household surfaces. The other day he had a loose stool and a little may have gotten on the bed, as I could smell it on my blanket. However, most of it was contained in his diaper, thank goodness. This is enough progress for me to say I really am grateful for these kitty diapers. He does not particularly seem to like wearing them, but he tolerates them. After a while, he somehow wiggles out of them, but he usually keeps one on for a while until it is soiled and needs to be changed. I just wish there was a better option for getting his tail through the tail hole, but I don’t know how the design could be changed for that, so I think they are good. When I put his tail through the hole, it pushes his fur the opposite way, which I imagine could be uncomfortable for Cocoa, but either way, they are significantly helping with our needs. I just ordered a new pack and can’t wait for them to arrive, as he only has one fresh diaper left. I got the smallest size first, but those are suited for a kitten. I then got the medium size, and they work for Cocoa. He is thin and small, but has the bone structure of an adult cat. They are pretty pricey for the amount you get in the pack. That is my one complaint. Why is it that things good people need are so expensive? It’s like companies take advantage of vulnerable people and animals who need the things. It is the same with other products people need, like medicine, eye care products, dental care, and menstrual products for women. If the company really wants to help cats with bathroom needs, why not make them affordable so that people and pets who really need them can continue to buy and afford them? Since we use them every day and they go quick, I am not sure how much longer I can keep buying them. However, maybe the materials needed to make these really are that expensive. I don’t know but imagine they could be cheaper.

He had been more lethargic and loosing weightNow he's eating more cries when he needs his diaper changed and is generally happierI can't afford to purchase this continuously and will look for options to try and minimize the expense by altenating baby diapers during the day when he is less likely to need coverage.THANK YOU
