This is a great and affordable little case to keep your field sharpener in. Sometimes I throw it in my cooler that I bring to work with a few knives to practice sharpening. This protects my knives and anything else from coming into contact with the diamond stones and scratching. The zipper is high quality and even has a mesh on the top for extra items. Plus, it keep it protected, and if you drop it or it gets bumped around, the diamond plates won't fall off. Great little case, for a great price. The sharpener fits perfectly in there and like I said, the zipper is high quality, so it's easy to open and close. Great little case!

This case is not worth a $1. I cant think of one nice thing to say. I realize for $10 I'm not expecting the highest of quality. The zipper is very light weight and catches on the fabric inside and after 3 tries it not only catches but has now frayed the fabric. the outer protective case is not very solid. I'm returning it and will buy something different.

The case is of good quality. The zipper works well. Also has a nice wrist handle. There is a mesh compartment on one side and an elastic compartment on the other to keep things from moving around. It provides protection as well as a place to store the sharpening kit.

Anyone that has a Work sharp field sharpener knows how awesome of a knife sharpener it is. I always have it in my backpack, which I carry everywhere with me.the bad thing was that it just kind of lays loose inside my backpack so it gets tossed around and whatnot. In other words, it's not babied. The work sharp field sharpener is a fairly rugged field sharpener and can take abuse, there's no doubt about that. However, a little extra protection is never a bad thing. It also means you can have extra diamonds or honing rods ready to go and therefore it can be kept all together.The sharpener fits perfectly in the case and the case is on par for what I would expect to pay.
