I'm very small, but this belt works well for me. Easy to use. Has held up. I don't put an extreme amount on the chain, so can't speak to load capacity.

This belt is a beast. I've been lifting 3+ times a week with relatively heavy loads. 90-115 pounds regularly. Up to 170 pounds (see picture) and the belt shows no sign of damage or decay. It's comfortable and holds everything I can.

Awesome, designed really well for it's price. No discomfort at all wrapped around my waist.Be careful of the harbinger as it is a tad bit sharp and slightly cut my finger's skin. I was a bit careless though hooking it to chain quickly. It is very solid and has a strong spring to make sure the chain is locked in.

Very well made belt that works well for weighted dips and pull ups. It feels like it could take much more than the weight limit advertises.

This product is built very well, the price is definitely worth it. My only concern about this product is the rings that connect to the belt. They will eventually pry apart if you lift with heavy loads... I had 135 Pounds handing on the belt and I noticed them slowly prying open. This is not a major concern but it should be something to consider. The chain and the carabiner that came with this belt has still held up very well. I would still recommend this product if your looking for your first weight belt or if your just wanting to add Dips and Pullups as an Accessory movements to your workouts.

I've only used this a couple times so far for weighted pull ups, but the quality feels good, the chain feels strong (and looks cool in gun metal) and the belt is quite comfortable to wear. One thing to note is one end of the chain is permanently attached to one of the metal loops on the belt, and the other end of the chain has a carabiner clip. Might be handy for some to know if they're considering a belt where you can remove the chain entirely - you can't remove the chain with this belt.

Great quality, had it for a while now, no fear of it breaking even whilst holding 80+kg. Very happy

I purchased this Weight Dip belt so that I could add to the difficulty in performing pullups, chin-ups, and dips. Adding weight is an easy way to greatly increase the difficulty and results from body exercises. I have been stuck at being able to perform about 15 pull ups for a long time despite work on a rowing machine and lat pull downs machines. Every time I hop up expecting to do a couple extra pull ups but end with the same result. After a few weeks of doing pull-ups with an extra 25 lbs of weight strapped to me, I can know hit close to 20 pull ups without weight. This belt is a quality made belt that is comfortable to wear. To use it you throw the belt around you then run the chain from one side through the second loop. You then run the chain through the hole in a plate and clip it back to wear you started. The weight sits comfortably below your crotch and between your knees. This belt will be the only one you will ever need to buy unless of course you somehow loose it.I did not receive any discounts or free products for providing this review of Harbinger's dip belt. The belt was simply high quality and a great product. If this is an item you are looking for it will be exactly what you want and you want need to search for a better one in the future. Great quality.

I'm 6'7" so wasn't sure about buying a belt and using the stock chain. If you use weights that have a handle you shouldn't have problems loading 2 or 3, 45's. I don't think I could if I had to go through the center of the plates though. The D-Ring is solid and the belt is comfortable so for the price of this belt + $10 on a caribiner (one of those screw on clasps) and a longer chain it's well worth it.

I was looking for a replacement for my last leather belt which tore in half when i dismounted from a pullup with 90lbs on it... Don't get leather... This was a great replacement. The two U shape bolts on each side cannot handle 90lbs for those who intend to chain up two plates. It will just unbolt and break off but they are useless and dangerous anyways... The length is perfect. I am 6' even so any longer and it would probably hit the floor. Being that its fabric it will probably handle more abuse than any leather ones plus its way more comfortable.I say get it if you are a skinny guy like me who wants to do more weight like the big guys at the gym=)Overall: Great product, Does the Job, Comfortable, Good Quality... I would recommend this product!

This belt is a great value. I bought it from Amazon a few weeks ago at $27 and now it's $23. A no brainer at the current price. I haven't used any other dip belts so I can't compare but this one works great so far. It's comfortable and easy to use. Just thread the chain through a plate and clip it to the D-ring. I've loaded about 45lbs on it and its held up just fine. I think it could hold a lot more too. Perfect for weighted dips and pullups on my power rack. I haven't tried a leather one but I can't see how it'd be any better than this one. It's cheaper than leather too and just as durable. If anything breaks on this belt it would be the chain. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
