  • The Happymodel 2.4GHz ELRS nano series receiver is an open source program based on ExpressLRS, we have 3 types rx module released. Its main hardware architecture is STM32L432KBU6 MCU and SX1280 RF chip. It has a built-in ceramic antenna, which is super light and small in size.
  • You can upgrade firmware by WIFI .Base on PP RX, we have developed the Nano 2.4GHz rx of ESP8285 version named EP1 and EP2. The RF module of EP1/EP2 is the same like PP RX and use ESP8285 MCU .
  • Due to the low-latency and high-refresh-rate RF module, they are very comfortable for FPV race and Long Range FPV. Ultra light and Nano size, very suitable for Tiny whoop.
  • Type: ISM,ESP8285 MCU,SX1280IMLTRT RF Module,Omnidirectional antenna,Frequency Range: 2400 MHz to 2500 MHz,Maximum receive refresh rate: 500Hz ,Minimum receiver refresh rate: 25Hz,Working voltage: 5v,Weight: 0.42gram(without antenna),Dimension: 10mm*10mm*6mm Peak gain: 2.23dB

Bind procedure:
1.Supply power to the EP1/EP2 rx, wait until the LED on the RX is off, immediately turn off the power, and then repeat again the above steps. When the RX is powered on for the third time, the LED light will start to double-flash, which means that the RX enters the binding mode
2.Insert the ES24TX module or other DIY 2.4G ELRS TX to Radio transmitter, and choose External RF mode to CRSF protocol, then you can find ELRS menu from the Radio systems(Need to copy the ELRS.LUA file to the SD-Card tools first), Enter into ELRS and press [Bind], the LED on the RX module will getting to be solid if bind successfully.
3.Receiver LED status meanings:
EP1/EP2 RX: LED solid means bind successful or Connection established; LED double-flash means in bind mode; LED flash slowly means no signal connection from the TX module; LED flash fast means in WIFI hotspot mode, you can connect the WIFI of the RX and upgrade firmware of the RX via visit 10.0.0.1(password:expresslrs)

Compré la versión EP1 y venía con una antena más larga. No he tenido fallos en mi drone y he logrado un alcance de 3 km con una potencia de 250mw.

This thing is tiny! Perfect for smaller drones. You really don't need to worry about where to place this thing because it is so small. I've had 0 issues with this so far. I haven't really tested the range, but I imagine you are more likely to go out of video range before you leave the range this thing can offer. Highly recommend

I run ERLS capable receivers on all my quads. This form factor is great regardless of its use in a 75mm whoop (EP1/cube antenna) or anything 3 inches and above (EP2/u.fl connector).*im knocking off a couple stars as you can find the same receiver much cheaper outside of Amazon.

Works great. Had it flashed in under 15 minutes. My first elrs setup also. I just hooked up to power supply and flashed through Wi-Fi then installed it once I knew it connected. Small and powerful exactly what I wanted. Range was even better than i expected.

Product is fine but it was very difficult to find out that the proper target for the ELRS configurator needs to be EP 2400. I thought it was EP1 Dual 2400 but that is not the same receiver!

A little bigger than the Happy Model EP1 but works better and the Antenna is better. Comes with Heat Shrink and wire . Didnt need wire but the heat shrink was very helpful. The Flash was easy and the LED was bright worked as designed. Bigger then Happy Model but better .

ExpressLRS is fantastic. These happymodel made versions of the ELRS Rx are of good quality. Since this is open source it's easy for anyone to make a board so you need to do a little more due-diligence before just buying the cheapest Rx.This open-source project has created a protocol that is the be all end all for all my RC applications. From ultra light indoor RC to long-range or massive scale models, ELRS is the protocol that I would choose for all. It's remarkable that for so little money I can get a bi-directional link that far exceeds anything that I've ever used over my 30 years of flying RC. Awesome.
