The color of the basket is a lot darker than advertised. I even double checked to make sure I ordered the right one. It’s not a huge deal. It’s still pretty and I’m too lazy to return, but the quality is great and extremely easy to set up. Another con is that the top isn’t attached and I didn’t realize that’s something I would’ve wanted, but again, not a huge deal.

This is just what I was looking for! Came packaged very securely. Super sturdy. 4 pieces: top/lid, exterior walls (all attached), bottom, and liner. Took LESS than 10 minutes to unpack and assemble. Favorite purchase for the price!

Ordered and 5 minutes later I tried to cancel because I noticed a particularly negative review, and decided to select a different bin. I was not able to cancel because an immediate notification appeared that it had already shipped (5 minutes after ordering). I tried several times and could not cancel. The bin arrived to a family member in California. Said it was junk, cheaply made and hard to put together with uneven parts and undrilled wholes. Putting it out on the sidewalk for junk collectors. A lot of money spent on trash. Do not order from this company - buyer beware!

I bought this to store my chips and snacks but I also have a couple 12 packs of soda and a bag of granddog food and treats with their little bowls. It goes perfectly behind in a corner of an eating bar in my breakfast nook. Out of site mostly. I would buy it again. Very easy to put together. The only thing I would have liked is for it to have a hinge on it so when I open it, it would hold. But I just sit it aside while I’m getting out what I need so no great problem.

I had been searching for quite some time and then discovered this storage chest. It is beautiful and well made. The driftwood colored wicker lends a coastal feel. The linen lining protects bedding and clothing. A great find and a great buy.

For the price of this item, I had hoped it would be more sturdy and thicker wicker than this. Its thin and frail, held together with staples that are not fully pushed in.The top is separate, not attachable by a hinge, but by ugly wooden blocks thay are meant to hold it in place on the inside. Problem being that the predrilled holes for placement drilled all the way through, so there was nothing for the screw to screw into except a hole that was already there. So unless I find slightly longer screws, my lid is not attached at all.The size is perfect for its intended purpose, (a costume trunk for the kids), but with all the other issues mentioned with it, I had wished id saved my money and went with a more expenaive quality item. Maybe I just got a lemon, but I was pretty disappointed in this one. Not enough to return it though because I need it for Christmas.

The size is great for our space and it works well for our needs - storing our toddler grandson’s toys quite stylishly.I’m okay that it’s a lift off lid - probably safer that way. It was very easy to “assemble” - just unfold the attached sides, slide the bottom in, attach the linen insert to the velco, pop the lid on. Took maybe five minutes.It seems relatively sturdy moving it around however this is wicker and it feels lightweight not dense. According to the packaging included the weight restriction is 25 pounds. That’s not a whole heck of a lot.So don’t buy it to store books; blankets or a few toddler toys should be fine, maybe a few games. Don’t get it for a storage bench - no sitting on this unless you weigh under 25 pounds. I do wish I’d been aware of that very low weight restriction. I don’t think the seller mentions that.Its a dark brown with a bit of a red tint when the sun hits it.It works for us - we’ll see how it holds up with a toddler leaning over it to get the toys out.

It's great for holding extra blankets and pillows. I love the liner and it didn't shrink when washed. The wicker is in great shape with no broken strands. The design allows the trunk to fold out and assemble easily but the bottom is fitted loosely so can dislodge with too much weight or if the trunk gets torqued. The velco liner can give easily with too much weight as well. This would not be a good choice for storing books or heavy toys.
