This treadmill mat has been a fantastic addition to my home gym. It stays in place, providing a stable surface for my walking pad, and does an excellent job of protecting my floors from damage and noise. The mat is thick and durable, absorbing vibrations and reducing noise significantly. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t have any strong odors like some other mats I’ve tried. Overall, I’m very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone with exercise equipment at home.

It works as described in ad, but makesure to measure the area where you want to place it. The ad gives you size options. Be sure. Otherwise the mat is very sturdy but it has a SLIGHT rubbery smell but it mostly goes away. I have had it for a couple of weeks now and I like It.
