This is a perfect all-in-one set for anyone wanting to try their hand at doing art. This set has pretty much everything a beginner needs to start off and it’s a great set for anyone really. It isn’t expensive and these tools always need replaced, I mean a sanding strip and paper blenders don’t live forever lol. Convenient way to re-up supplies.

I recently purchased this artist blending stumps set and I am very impressed with its quality and value. This set of blending stumps and sponge pens is very nice. They are handy to use while sketching using either pencils or charcoal. The various sizes and tips provide several options for blending, etc. The sandpaper pencil sharpener works well to keep your pencils properly sharpened. A handy addition to my sketching tools. Recommend.

This is a good set to use when drawing because of the various sizes of blenders. I used this set for pencil sketches (not charcoal) and for some colored pencil projects. They worked great and I enjoyed having the various sizes of the blenders ( In the past I usually used only one size). I also like that two of the blenders are on plastic stems which I feel, help with control. This would also be a great set to use with charcoal or pastels.

I just finished a zebra picture, blending with the felt tip slender sponge pen and the thick pen. The felt tip made it look like the hairs have texture while blending dark colors. The sponge pen was used for large spaces. I did not see as much of a blend with it but considering that I was using a very dark transition it's Ok. So far, I haven't used my charcoal pencils with this kit. The kit has sandpaper to sharpen pencils as well as art paper pens. The current price of $8 for this kit makes this a good buy on Amazon.

Love this! The smudgers, or sponge pens are the best thing I’ve ever used for blending graphite, especially dog’s fur. I also love the little blender stick sander. You can put a new point on your blending sticks over & over. This is a great set for sketching!
