If you are looking at this, it means you/contractor messed up installing the iBox. This extension piece was just enough to get the valve extended out past the tile. So glad they have this product, saved a re-plumb and broken 24x24 tile.

It works, I just wish they offered a 1/2 inch version because most of the time if you're off on your mounting depth it isn't buy a whole inch. In my case the original iBox ended up shallow by 1/4 inch or so, so with the 1" extension the handles stick out more than I'd like.

This did the trick perfectly. My tile guy and the plumber miscommunicated and I needed this right away or the whole bathroom renovation would have stalled. It was delivered sooner than expected and did the job perfectly as advertised. The plumbing company said it would have been 6-8 weeks to order one from Europe.
