These phosphate reagents are completely unreliable and inconsistent. Most of the regimens gave me a zero reading, even when other accurate test kits showed positive results. On top of that, I’ve had instances where I tested twice within five minutes—one test gave me zero, and the next gave me a high reading. This level of inconsistency makes these reagents unusable for accurately monitoring phosphate levels in a reef tank. For the price, I expected far better quality and reliability. I cannot recommend this product to anyone who values precision in their aquarium maintenance. I hope it was just a bad batch.
