I was worried that the size of the hook might be too small for my shower booth as it is wider than width of a regular door, but it fit perfectly. Each shelf can fit either one bath towel or 5-6 hand towels.

As with any bathroom holder rack for towels, this is not the most solid construction and the metal can be bent by hand, but I expect this from any wire rack. One of the screws was not correctly machined and missing the bulk of its threads but it had extras making this a non-issue.I did not install it completely as designed. I drilled 2 of the holes all the way through the mounting bars and put sheetrock anchors in to attach the bulk of this rack to the wall by my shower and the rack shelf meant for the bottom on another wall to augment my existing wooden storage rack that never has enough space so it can now hold my wife's hair towels more conveniently. This freed up using the over the door hanging bracket as hooks to hang things from making this a really fantastic rack for the bathroom!

I’ve spent the past 15 years turning my nose up at those who have towels out in an open bathroom. “How could they? It’s unsanitary. THE TOILET PARTICLES SPRAY EVERYWHERE WHEN YOU FLUSH! WHERE ARE YOUR PRIORITIES?” But, after having to do a cross the country move to “get a new perspective on life” and “grow as a person”…the most growth and perspective I’ve received has been on bathroom storage solutions. Karma said “hey you uppity millennial. don’t judge people’s towel storage, it may be the best can do with what they have.” Is this towel rack what I want? No. Is it my best option right now to utilize all the storage space in my new small bathroom? Yes. Is this review a metaphor on what’s really important in life? Yes. The towel rack is easy to assemble. It suits my needs. It holds my large, fluffy, white C0stc0 towels I purchased years ago when I thought that was a status symbol (ok I still think it’s a status symbol…I can’t change over night). You don’t have to screw anything into a wall. It still allows the door to fully close easily. Just buy it. No regerts.

I love it especially the depth, so it holds my larger towels. The only thing is, my door is too close to the wall, so it hits the wall behind it. I am planning to get some anchors screws and mounting it to the wall beside the shower. I'll keep using it on the door until Iget the screws to mount it.

..but once you're done with it, it's great towel storage for narrow spaces. My bathroom was designed by someone who did not believe in *any* extra space. There's not even wall room anywhere for a 24" towel bar that doesn't hang in the way of a light switch or something, and both doors (it's a pass-through) are only 24" wide. The instructions were straightforward, but the frame wasn't 100% straight - see pics for the one post that was manufactured with a twist. I attached two c-clamps to it for leverage, but I could not take the twist out of it. Didn't want to try putting it in a vise because I was afraid I'd bend or partially collapse the tubing.A speed square (the yellow triangle thing) will help with making sure your connections are at 90 degrees before finally tightening all the hardware. The door hanging hooks are made wider than typical north American residential doors, so I cut some EVA foam (craft foam) and use double-sided foam tape from a different product's optional mounting method to adhere the foam to the insides of the hooks. The whole contraption still knocks against door a bit when I pull a towel off of it. The suction cups will not stick to a painted or stained surface, they just provide a bit of padding. I may put two screws through the bars where the cups are, and into the door, to keep the rack from moving much. And/or attach some very thin foam strips to the backs of both posts.Lastly, there was a slight surface defect with the black powder-coated finish. You can see it in the last photo. The quality of the powder coat is otherwise good.

This is a helpful towel rack that saves a lot of space. Now we don't have to search for a spot to store all our towels. This could also be perfect in a guest bathroom.Assembly was easy. The only thing is that you need to make sure that all the poles are completely straight at each segment when you tighten the screws, or the rack is a little crooked at the end. The hooks of this rack don't lie completely flush with the flat glass shower wall that I am hanging this on, but thankfully it stays in place well due to the suction cups and the bottom. It also comes with adhesive tape at the bottom, in case you wanted to go that route. I appreciate that it's customizable in that way.Overall, it looks tidy and neat. The shelf is a little deeper and larger than I expected. While most the shelf racks work best with towels (other items would fall through as there are no bars), the top rack can store different types of objects. However, the gaps are still pretty big between bars, so it doesn't store anything too small. I use the top rack to store hand towels, and the main ones to store bath towels. I roll the bath towel up so that it's fairly compact and exactly one bath towel fits on each shelf.Overall, I'm happy with this towel rack as it's been quite useful in our household for hiding away towels.
