Great way to double your closet space, the ability to adjust was crucial for me since I have a very custom setup, so this worked perfectly.

This worked out perfectly for my closet space!! I wanted to put my pants on the lower leave as it was too cramped to all be on the same row.

We live in an older home with small closets. It's always been a struggle trying to organize the closets and we've tried wire rack shelving systems and cabinets and hanging solutions, but this one works really well and it's not bulky or plastic. It's all metal with a black powder paint finish. The rod is adjustable in length and to adjust it you press the spring-loaded ball and extend the rod to the appropriate hole and click it in place. The vertical pieces are a thin metal and riveted at the pivot points. There are hooks on the top that you place over the closet rod and you attach the horizontal rod using two thumb screws with plastic knobs. It seems kind of flimsy, but is actually very capable of holding a lot of clothes without sagging from the weight. The width is adjustable which makes it very versatile. We used one in a larger closet and extended it fully, horizontally and instantly doubled the storage in that closet. Of course, you lose space underneath but it's being utilized more efficiently. It's hard buying things online when you can't see, touch, or feel them. This review is based on my personal experience using this product and my honest opinion. I wasn't paid for this review, it’s just genuine, unbiased feedback from an Amazon shopper who hopes this review helps you make an informed decision when you are buying on Amazon.

Let me tell you, this double closet rod is a marvel of modern engineering… or at least it attempts to be. I envisioned myself, a sartorial superhero, gliding through my closet, my meticulously organized wardrobe a testament to my impeccable taste and… this rod. The reality? Slightly less glamorous.First off, the "heavy-duty" claim? Let's just say I wouldn't recommend hanging your prized collection of lead weights from it. The bottom rod, while sturdy enough for reasonably sized clothing items (think sweaters, not your Aunt Mildred’s prize-winning pumpkin), feels about as robust as a particularly optimistic twig. The top row? Dare I say… dainty? I suspect that if you hung even a moderately plump cashmere sweater on it, you'd hear a tiny, almost apologetic "creak" as it surrendered to gravity. The adjustability is a plus; you can make it fit even the most oddly-shaped closet (unless your closet is shaped like a Klein bottle, in which case, you have much bigger problems than a slightly flimsy rod). The ability to expand from 18-30 inches is particularly impressive, transforming from a petite "I only own three shirts" rod to a more robust "I have a slight addiction to blazers" extension. However, the side bars... oh, the side bars. They're thin. Think "spiders' legs holding up a particularly ambitious web of carefully-worn silk scarves." I wouldn't trust them with anything heavier than a particularly fluffy feather boa. Honestly, I’m pretty sure a strong gust of wind could knock them askew. In conclusion, this double closet rod is perfect if you're looking to: Gently organize a few lightweight items. Impress your friends with your mildly impressive organizational skills. Experience the subtle thrill of wondering if your clothes will come crashing down at any moment.Would I buy it again? Maybe. If I wanted a slightly precarious, aesthetically pleasing way to store a few dainty items, and didn't mind the constant, low-level anxiety of imminent wardrobe collapse. Otherwise, you might want to invest in something a little more… robust. Think a small crane, maybe.

These hangers have proven to be an invaluable solution for maximizing the storage capacity in my small closet. While my closet isn’t the smallest by any means, I still face challenges when it comes to optimizing vertical space, especially since it features sliding doors instead of French doors. The quality of these hangers is impressive, as they are entirely constructed from metal, and not just any metal, but thick, durable metal that feels robust and reliable! The hangers come in three compact pieces that are quick and easy to assemble—taking no more than a minute of your time. Additionally, there are four available width options, which has been particularly beneficial for organizing just one side of my closet. I’ve been able to store my casual street clothes on the top rack while reserving the bottom rack for my work uniforms, efficiently utilizing the space. This clever arrangement has also allowed me to leave ample room for longer items, such as dresses, on the opposite side. One minor downside is that the hangers tend to swing a bit when the bottom rack isn’t fully loaded, but this is hardly a deal-breaker and doesn’t detract from their overall functionality. All things considered, these hangers have been an essential and highly effective tool in helping me reorganize and optimize the space in my closet
