The crossover hose creates a bridge between both heads to keep the high pressure oil evenly equalized at all times. You will usually notice smoother idle, especially in cold weather. Package Includes:1 * Heavy Duty Oil Crossover Line; 2 * Heavy Duty HPOP Oil Lines ; 2 * -6 (9/16-18) ORB to -06 JIC (HPOP Outlet); 2 * -06 Male/Female JIC 45° Fittings (2x HPx line, passenger oil rail); 3 * -06 Male/Female JIC 90° Fittings (passenger HPOP Outlet & driver’s side oil rail); 4 * -05 (1/2-20) ORB to -06 JIC Straight (2x HPx, drivers oil rail, passenger oil rail).
  • A high-pressure jumper (HPX) hose connects the two nozzles and transports fluid between the high-pressure oil rails to help balance the high-pressure oil system in each nozzle. All fittings are forged steel (clear zinc plated) and will not rust or corrode. (Jic 37 degree taper also know as AN style) We install Viton o-rings on all of the fittings. (90 duro rating to withstand high pressures).

I've ordered 3 set of these hoses and only had a problem with 1 defective hose out of the bunch Amazon was quick to replace it hassle free.

The 2 "original" hoses that go the driver and passenger side fit well. The cross over hose is too long, you either have to put the bend facing to the rear and that impacts the turbo pedestal.I got them in there and its not leaking but only because I had the engine all the way down to the heads. I dont know how this would ever work if you had to install in situ.Long story short, the cross over hose needs to be 1/4" shorter.FYI - the 90" fittings go on the original hose, the 45" fittings are for the crossover hose.

Although lines were too long and fittings look cheap I was surprised that none of them leaked.Haven really driven the truck to be sure but so far it’s ok.

My diesel mechanic recommended them I wasn't expecting much because of the price but I was dead wrong comes with nice adapters for it and the lines don't feel cheap they feel tough.

I bought these with low expectations they work great. I had no trouble installing them on my truck. They fit great and don’t leak and saved me $190. Would def buy again.

Total trash, the cross over hose is 1/2" too long making it impossible to install. The fittings are the worst quality on earth, they do not tighten and puke oil no matter how much ya snug them up. The O rings are the wrong size for the fittings so you need to get new ones if you want to push your luck with this " total trash!! Kit ". We bought new hoses and fittings from Napa and made our own kit
