Principle of operation
Tip：The pressure and temperature of the steam will vary with the nozzle distance and operating time. If the water vapor is continuously heated in a airtight and pressurized state, the temperature will continue to increase. Water can be converted into water vapor when heated to a temperature of 221°F or higher. Do not leave the nozzle or fitting too far from the target. The steam will become cold and will not clean well. Keep the nozzle 5-10 mm close to the target you want to clean.

Why can't I open the lid after use?
Steam Cleaner with steam and high temperature inside the safety cap can not be opened to protect against accidents. Correct steps to open the cap: 1, Unplug the power outlet. 2, Push the steam gun switch and empty the steam. 3, After the red dot sinks, open the cap. 4, Wait 2-3 minutes before adding water or clearing the remaining water.

I purchased this steam cleaner in September 2024, to do minor cleaning around the house.Usually for water spots in the shower, around the toilet to loosen everything before using a toilet brush with cleanser, the carpet stains to loosen a strain before using my carpet cleaner and any glass/mirrors & frequently touched places to ensure that everything stays new looking and gets sanitized.I would say I used it 2-3 a week, for mostly spot cleaning but when I went to use it today, water started leaking out, around the nozzle, places near the base end of the hose and out of the machine itself. It just began releasing stream from places that I didn’t think would be places that held steam in it all. We just unplugged it, and left it alone. My dad came to help me and he has no idea what’s wrong but told me it wasn’t safe to use it anymore.I’m bummed because I was really hoping to have gotten more than 15 or so uses before it died. And like I said, I have only ever used distilled water in it, I clean it out after every use and dried it in a rack. I have followed ever care suggestion and probably did even more so that there was not any calcium buildup. So I don’t know what I could have differently. Sad that this didn’t work out because when I was working it did a great job

Works well for its size and price! A powerful steamer that works well on clothing and floor spot cleaning. Lots of attachments but I wish there was a better one for baseboards. Nice handy steamer overall.

This device is not *for* deep cleaning. This is for surface cleaning, and for that purpose it works astonishingly well. It is great at getting into small cracks that nothing else will get into (think toilet hinge areas.)The quibbles about water capacity are ridiculous. This is not a huge machine, nor does it pretend to be one. The steam lasts a long time. Should you run out, add more water, and the device is quickly ready to go.The attachments work very well. The safety features are superlative. I have recommended this to many of my friends.

I ordered this steam cleaner to clean up the edge of our main kitchen sink. I've tried everything to clean it and in the past the only thing that worked was to scrub it for a long time. This was a huge pain and took a lot of time. A friend suggested steam cleaning and this looked like exactly what I needed.The instructions were simple. Anyone could operate this thing. Even a child. (There is a child lock). To put on any attachment, you just insert and twist. There's 2 green lines that show you like "step 1" and "step 2". I set it up and blasted away the filth on my sink and it took way less time than ever! I was a little worried that it might be too small, but it's the perfect size for getting into tight corners like this. If it were bigger it probably wouldn't be as handy.The attachments are all well made and add to the versatility. I was only planning on using it for this one task but now I see all it can do and I'm planning a big list of things that I'm going to use it for, like the shower grout and some curtains that have always had a wrinkle in them.Amazon shipped it inside the actual box which I'm not a huge fan of but it's fine. That's why the photo is the not English side. The really nice thing about the box though is that it's packed with enough space that I can actually put the thing back inside the box when I'm done to keep it all stored.All in all, for the price and ease, I think this is a steal for the price!

I loved how quickly the steamer heated up and was ready for use. The red pop up valve to indicate readiness was a huge step up from my old steamer. I've been super busy, but I've had the opportunity to use it in several venues. It worked well on the coffee I spilled in the car. I used steam and a white cloth to blot and absorb the dirt and stains released from the steam. I tried it in the bathroom, quickly just to use up the leftover steam from the car. It did marvelously on the hard water stains on the fixtures. It did not do well with a quick pass on grout or hardened mineral deposits, but I still have hope if I spend more time and add a cleaning product that I will see improvement. Today, I quickly tried to steam a cotton shirt that had been mistakenly left in the dryer since last weekend. I didn't have the right setup ( a safe place to hang or lay flat- I was worried about steam on the leather couch). However, even with a quick steam, you can see a huge difference in the amount of wrinkles. If I had the right setup, I'm sure I could have easily removed all of the wrinkles- so much easier than ironing! I also tried to remove an old stain that I have tried a few things on. Today, it was just steam and blotting with a clean white cloth (I used an old soft cotton shirt that I no longer wear). I can definitely see a difference and again with more time and effort and some cleaning products, I think it would be even better. Definitely recommend. I will try to update if the addition of products and more time/elbow grease gets the job done.
