Very simple to use, It pushes the dough through the screen size you choose. Just make your dough and let it rest with a cloth cover for about 30 minutes. Then slice it into a small size that will fit the tube. This is great for making freshly made pasta daily. Very easy to clean. Just remember to charge this after every use.

It will not go together. The part you put the dough into has 2 niches and the part it connects to has 3. I think they sent me the wrong part the holds the dough. Disappointed

I got it today and as soon as the battery charged i made a batch of dough. I don't mix the dough myself. I have a mixer with a dough hook for that. I also used liquid egg substitute. The noodles were ok but not as good as with whole eggs. But, I am learning. I like it for the ease of use, easy clean up and a good price. Thanks Amazon, and thanks YK Siguoril for making homemade pasta easy for me.

The cordless automatic makes a big difference. The amount of dough I use is about one adult portion or two kids portions. As advertised, I drop the pasta directly to the boiling water. If I have leftover dough, I freeze it till next time. Or you can make more pasta and dry them before out into the freezer.I like this more than my kitchen aid attachment pasta maker, because I have to take out the huge machine out of the pantry every time. I also have a traditional hand press maker, it was easy but truly some arm workout.Overall, I would use my cordless automatic pasta maker more and less buying pasta from the supermarket.
