How to install WiPPhs warm bidet sprayer handheld
Step 1
Drill the hole on the wall and make the conceal valve fixed on. Install the cover base at first after connect the body with the supply lines.
Step 2
Conncet the G1/2 accessories on the valve body. (Use the tape if necessary)
Step 3
Connect the spray holder assembly to the valve and use the hex wrench tighten it. Make sure the arrow mark is UP which is plaster on the holder.
Step 4
Connect the mixer valve handle and use the hex wrench tighten it.
Step 5
Connect the hose to the mixer valve and the hand bidet sprayer. (Used the tape if necessary)
Step 6
Turn on the water supplies and check for leaks at all connections made during this installation.

I bought this product a year ago, and about two months ago, it started leaking from the hose outlet on the main body. Today, a plumber came and said that the valve is faulty and needs to be replaced because the leak is coming from inside the body. I believe the material used in this product should last more than just a year—it doesn’t seem reasonable at all.

I’ve been using this for over a year. It works great and is capable of hot and cold if plumbed to do so. I don’t don’t bother shutting off the valve as the trigger is sufficient for turning it off. This way, I don’t have to adjust the temperature every time.

The threads on NPT fittings should be almost sharp, these were flat like garden hose fittings. tried installing 3 times, and the fittings would not stop leaking. Threaded in an NPT plug in the water source pipe and there was no leaks so the problem was 100% with the product not the source pipe.

When first received package it was missing a connecting hose. Customer service promptly sent a complete package and resolved the issue. Works great.This item appears to be great quality and would love to install it and begin using it = HOWEVER

It is unfair some of the reviews I read about this product. You need to read and understand that this sprayer was meant to be installed behind the wall with its own dedicated cold and hot water supply. You do not add a T or connected under the sink feeding from the water supply under the basin. It requires plumbing knowledge to install yes. But once installed is a great looking sprayer. Modern looking and well made. If installed properly there will be no leaks and it will function as designed.Read a post about hot water filtering to the cold water supply when the valve is left in the open position. This installation was made by tying off the water supply of the sink. Is not a flaw in the design is jus installed wrong. Again, it needs its own dedicated water supply. It will function as designed and look gorgeous too. Other post claim that hot water is inverted when open to hot. Also false. If you follow the directions and plumb it right it will function right.

This is a good product and not a hard install. I plumed it in with copper pipe 1/2” and NPT fittings found at Lowes. It had some leaking with the pipe pipe dope and tape so I reinstalled by simply soldering the threaded fittings since I didn’t want any surprises after I close up the walls. It passed the 24h leak test and I’m still in the remodeling project without leaks. Walls aren’t closed up since it’s an extensive remodel. I’ll add more to the review when it’s complete but I’ve assembled and tested It to insure it is functioning properly.The product is quality brass and the furniture is polished Crome. I removed all the O-rings and cartridges prior to the install to prevent damaging with the heat from the torch.

The installation instructions aren't the best but it is pretty intuitive as to to install it. My toilet is adjacent to the vanity so it was easy to install "Tees" in lines to the sink faucet and the run flexible lines to the sprayer valve body. One reviewer complained about hot and cold water back flowing, but this is easily fixed by installing check valves on both input connections to the sprayer valve body. Doing this will prevent any water flowing between the hot and cold lines. the most challenging part of the install was getting measurements correct. measure, measure and measure again. I used a 1 3/8 in hole saw for the portion that extends out of the vanity and it is the perfect diameter. If you are not good with tools I'd suggest you get a plumber to install this. There only thing about this unit that I can find fault with is that they don't either incorporate the check valve function in the sprayer valve body or state that they should be installed to prevent back flow between to hot and cold lines. It is definitely a 5 star product.
