These hand2mind geometry manipulatives are so much fun! I love the activity cards included as it really encourages my kids to experiment with them. These are excellent quality and I love how many you're given as I homeschool and am going on having 4 children so it's perfect for us. Highly recommend!

The hand2mind AngLegs Small Group Set has so much potential for hands on learning! I was impressed by the quality and also the simplicity of the pieces--simple straight pieces, but so handy to be able to move them while changing angles. This will be helpful for many years of homeschooling!

The hand2mind AngLegs Small Group Set is such a cool resource for teaching geometry to 4th graders! This set includes eight protractors and various geometric shapes, making learning about angles and shapes super fun and easy.One of the best things about this set is that it's all about hands-on learning. The AngLegs are so tactile and interactive, which really helps kids understand geometry in a fun way. When students get to play around with the pieces, they can actually see and feel how angles work, and that's super important for really understanding geometry.This set is perfect for group activities. It's all about working together and talking about what you're learning. When students collaborate, they can help each other out and come up with cool ideas, which makes learning even more awesome.I will say that this set can be a bit pricey, but I think it's totally worth it. The quality is top-notch, and you can use it for years to come. The learning that comes from using these materials is so valuable, and it really makes a difference in the classroom.This is definitely an awesome choice for making geometry fun for students. This set is a pretty sweet. You get 4 full sets of stuff - legs, protractors (both 180 and 360 degrees), and a bunch of activity cards covering geometry topics from K-8.The quality seems great, and the activities look really useful, especially for teachers who are trying to do more hands-on lessons. You can use this for a variety of grade levels. I am planning on using these when homeschooling my kids so I am impressed at its versatility.A minor downside is the legs don't always snap on the protractors perfectly. And for really young kids, the small pieces might be tricky to play with. But overall though, this looks like a solid set that can support a lot of cool geometry learning and exploration. Right now, my toddler is having fun using it as stencils and other pretend things.

I was very impressed with this AngLegs set. It includes FOUR full sets of manipulatives. Each set includes a a variety of legs/sticks, a standard 180 degree protractor (semicircle) as well as a 360 degree protractor (circular). There is also a great set of large laminated cards on a ring that offer a nice assortment of activities for K-8 grades, although I could see this being handy for high school geometry, too. Following are some of the topics covered for each grade level.* K-2nd: build shapes, change shapes into new shapes, learn to use defining attributes to compare or describe shapes, halves & fourths* 3rd-5th: area, perimeter, compare & classify attributes of multiple shapes, measure angles using both types of protractors, add angles, complementary & supplementary angles, classify shapes by sides & angles* 6th-8th: pi, complementary & supplementary angles, angle sums of triangles, determine an unknown interior or exterior angle for a triangle, triangle inequality theorem, similar & congruent figures, vertical angles, alternate interior angles, alternate exterior angles, consecutive & corresponding anglesMost of the activities use only the AngLegs pieces in the set, but a few require free printables (there is a QR code on the activities that require a printable). Some activities require basic classroom supplies like paper, pencil, folder, dry erase marker, or ruler.Most of the activities are designed for two students working in pairs, although there are several for an individual student and one for two teams of two. For the most part, though, you will either need two students or one student and teacher participating to complete the activities.The legs are supposed to snap on to the protractors. They seem to always snap on to the center of the protractor, but they do not always snap on to the outside edge. This is really not a big deal at all, but a minor flaw I noticed. Not worth taking off a star, in my opinion.

The hand2mind AngLegs small group set has been an awesome resource for my math activities. The set includes eight protractors and various geometric shapes that really engage students in hands-on learning. I appreciate how well these manipulatives facilitate understanding of angles and geometry concepts.
