The heat warmers came pre-charged so I could use them right away. It comes with a charging cord but no block. When I turned it on it heated up quickly. I find it a little awkward to hold when both pieces are together. The magnet holds the pieces together nicely. It has three heat settings. Only one side of the hand warmer heats up because of the magnet so it can be a little weird to hold with one side heated up and one side cooled down. Overall I think it’s a good purchase if you want something that fits in your pockets and can heat up quickly.
