First box was shipped from USPS and everything was in the sealed box but the tool. Not sure it never was shipped, someone took it out while in transit, or it just somehow fell out. Contacted the company and they rushed out a replacement I received just a couple days later with no hassle. Took worked great on our project and is great to have in the tool box now. Highly recommended.

Great tool for the money. Smash rivets are much better than pop rivets for strength.

You need to be very strong and a Hercules to use, not a easy tool to squeeze. Your rivets need to be soft aluminum not steel good luck squeezing them.

Perhaps should have been obvious but opening too narrow for my projects. Had to return it which wasn't easy either, AMAZON needed to get involved to get our refund.

OK, I am annoyed!! The squeezer just broke again. This thing is super brittle, as in: if you use it, it will break. There is a threaded yoke in the inside of the squeezer that is made of harden steel which means it is brittle and apparently not quite strong enough for the task of squeezing rivets. The folks at Hanson were very responsive when it broke the first time. As a matter of fact they quickly sent me the wrong replacement part 3 times before sending a replacement yoke. So if you like to deal with customer service, this might be the tool for you. If you want a rivet squeezer that works, you should avoid this one.
